Got locked out of my home and they sent someone over! Cost $112 to get back into my home. Not sure if that's pricey but I had no option!
Extremely customer service. They said someone would be there in 20 and called, tech called and stated an hourfound someone who may come earlier, known as tech back and he was really pleasant and understanding. I then proceeded to receive 5 more calls during the subsequent 15 minutes with women in the office being unprofessional and rude and then hanging me up. Stay away - you will find out sourcing professionals out there which can do that task more economical and faster.
Forget the W. 5th speech -- they're mobile just. Called about getting a key created to see, took three tries to find the phone captured someone rude and abrupt on the phone who eventually hung up on me. Jump them.
