My only transportation and its Friday is down and has to get to dealership who are you going to call? Well I was fortunate that thru BMW Roadside help I got a call from ABBA Towing. The driver took care with my bike and got me. All within a more than adequate amount of time. He even went to help me. I am VERY VERY GRATEFUL for the professionalism and the service the driver offered.
I had a really bad experience with this ABBA Towing firm, When I call them on the phone they told me that the invoice will probably vary between $70 to $85 and the took my charge card info and later I found out that they over charged me $240.00 for just 18 mileages.
I was told on the telephone. I gave the man my card thinking that it was he charged me $ 120 to jumpstart my car and the quoted price. I informed him it was b.s. and the man complained that he had to drive across town to help me. Do not use this one. If you're stuck see if they can help you to find someone and telephone your insurance company if they're open.
Worst towing company I have ever had to cope with, when I called the office he would not tell me what exactly I was being billed for when the man explained 80 and then some! My total came out to 350 bucks!
Came out to provide me a jump when I could not get off the bolts and cleaned the connectors for me. When it had been determined that the battery has been so far gone that it would not last another beginning (died from a jump right before I called) he followed me to purchase and install another battery. Totally appreciated.
You'd be absurd to call these people. They tried to throw me tow. The guy reduced it to $180 when I whined. These individuals are all about overcharging car owners in desperate circumstances. Don't recommend them to anybody and will never use them.
