Went in for 2 keys. Was quoted $70 for two keys. Called 2 other locksmiths and they cost $30 for two high security keys. This location is a ripoff.
I came into SNZ with questions about security and locks and would rather shop local. The proprietor who had been honest and knowledge managed to help me with my questions. They take an assortment of safety products at rates that are great. Very happy with my experience.

Had a problem with the lock on the Thule. The technician couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Technician didn't ring my bell to let only when I noticed the van out my home did I go outside and me know he'd arrived. As I approached the van he commented"Can I assist you?" Any service person would knock on the door , so that wasn't a favorable impression.
It seems that person is not properly trained or didn't want to do the job. Either way I recommend you go.
After he worked a bit, he explained something about the matter using the lock being glued and the spring. He said he spoke about this to his boss and his boss told him to tear the lock out he didn't want to crack lock or the faceplate that might have cost more money to get a part. I told him that I'd speak to the company that set up the lock to help. I understand his concerns and since he's a locksmith thought he paid the service charge and understood what he was talking about. However, my neighbor, who is not a locksmith, was able to take out the lock and then install it in the door that is new without any issue.

On a recommendation from Baldwin brass I will never use them and have used them. They were supposed to repair the cylinder (key was hanging up) but managed to make the mortise lock inoperable and left me away. They desired me to pay a second service fee and tried to sell me a new lock for $750, when I tried to return to repair what they broke. The way they managed the problem left a feeling to me like I was being ripped away. I have repaired what they will never use them and broke.
I've used them twice. Called to have and recently moved into a new home locks re-keyed. Serviceman arrived in two hours and got the job done. Neat and professional.
