Had a set of car keys with batteries. They replaced the batteries and checked that everything was working with diagnostic equipment (automobile wasn't there). Everything checks good. Acceptable price

For months after our kitchen remodel we're having troubles locking our back door.So I called Lakewood lock asked them if I had to have the door rehung or would a locksmith care of it.He said it just had an adjustment.Told me to call him once I got home. I called him he came over right away took care of the problem.Asked me if I had anything else I said no then after he left remembered a few things and called him back.He said give me a call when you get home tomorrow.Called him another day he was prompt and quick and didn't bill me extra.Great to conduct business with a local business.Highly recommend them.

I changed my door and got a contemporary handle for it on Amazon that came with just two keys. I tried to make copies at Home Depot and Walmart and nobody could. Scott gave a secret to go home and try and it worked! Came back for more only to have spares.

I accidentally left my keys in my vehicle and I came across Lakewood Lock and Key on Yelp. I noticed their excellent reviews and decided to give them a phone. Scott showed up in no time, he was professional, friendly and never to mention FAST! I'll definitely be going back to him to get my spare!!

They were able to re-key my lock quickly (bring the old key if you still have it) with no old key. I gave them my key and he finished the job.
But is that the most friendly. Your heart wills melt. So come here for any work that is locksmith, they are highly recommended by me.

I locked my keys in my car and that I have a BMW that's nearly impossible to get in to. However, Lakewood Lock and key managed to get them out. They came to my location or business I've gotten my keys created here for business or my location and assisted my front doors being shaky and that I have my PO Box there. I really like Scott and his crew. Trustworthy and professional and friendly. Thank you for all your help through the years.

Finest locksmith company. They helped out a veteran who got locked out of her car for a very good price. They help people out if they notice you're a person that is fantastic.

After waiting two weeks ( no contact was made concerning the standing of the part) I was frustrated and called somebody else for a second opinion.
I had a guy come out and fix the lock.

I had to change a lock. . Simple enough. . I had a locksmith immediately come out, but he was not able to fix the problem. Me charged to the telephone, which is clear but didn't do any work claiming that it was ruined and I had a fresh piece. He explained that the piece could cost around $1000!!!! And he would charge me $150 for installation.

This seems to be the sole key duplicating location near by! It is very convenient and the owner is fast and very nice! Also very reasonable cost! This is my go to place when I need copy of keys!

On June 6, 2017 I ordered a secret. The man Scot told me that I could pick this up . I called on June 9th and they advised me call back Monday. June 12th I called on Monday and they told me is that I must quit calling and wasn't prepared. Today, I called and the unprofessional man Scot yelled that the secret wasn't ready. I advised him to cancel the purchase. He told me that he won't refund my money and yelled at me. He told me that I had to watch my back. I disputed the charge on my card. On top of everything, the man never gave me a receipt. Very low grade of a business. Yelling at a customer doesn't demonstrate a quality business trade.

I locked myself from my house on a Monday morning! What a way to begin the week! I didn't know so I googled locksmiths near me what to do and Lakewood Lock came up right away. I then turned to assist and the great reviews. No brainer to telephone them. 30 second phone call I was relieved that help was on the way. I had been given 30 minute eta however they showed to 15 minutes!! Scott managed company showed up and was out. 10 minutes at the most. $85 spent.

This is a shop and also the boss is fine and funny. He's the locksmith at the long beach area. It doesn't take up that much time to schedule a key to your car or even to get a copied!

We had a little trouble as one of our keys got stuck at a lobby door. The fantastic news was that we were able to secure the door, but the bad news was that the key was stuck in the lockso my additional guard had to look at a key. Asked if I could get a key cut and they stated that would be OK.
These guys are located in a bar whose name escapes me and the strip mall between the Rockview milk store.
Well, because my key needed"Do Not Copy" on it, these men will not cut you a new one unless you've written authorization on company letterhead. I ended up needing to inform direction that I couldn't get a key and they needed to phone their contacted locksmith, although I know they were simply restricting their liablity.

I had a new key for my'91 truck. I went there knowing that the teeth around the key were worn down and informed them that. They left the key anyways and said that if it didn't work to return and they would give me a refund. . Well it didn't work and they did give me my full refund.

They never revealed to help me along with my lock outside. . .So I can't rate them any better...I understand at times it becomes busy but I would of appreciated a courtesy call to let me know they could not make it.

The first thing I did when I shut my home was supposed to find a locksmith to change the locks. I contacted some but ended up feeling comfortable with this one. The owners wife made it a point and it was nice to talk to a female. They came to my home to that which was asked, changed all the locks. He was detailed professional and comprehensive. He helped me install the door knobs for the garage. Fantastic job and completed at a very reasonable cost. I came back to make a couple copies of this key. They made three copies free of charge for me. Next time I want a locksmith, these men are my first call.
