He replaced the spindle in my courtyard Baldwin door lockmoved the plate so the door doesn't rattle when closed, repaired another door lock so it doesn't spin when you put your key in halfway and turn it, and made us two keys. Approximately two and a half hours of work total. He did a great job, and billed me a fraction of what I thought it'd be.

I was impressed that a mom & pop husband team could make a brand new key to get a locked file cabinet at which we'd lost the key for just $15.00. Was the amount off the cylinder keyhole. It would cost $ to get a locksmith!

Don't use this locksmith. The are costly and use cheap parts that break. Broke down and the door wouldn't open. I called them several times and they did not pick up the telephone. I needed to call in a locksmith to replace all the work that Broadway did.

Rude!! Who woman is who works the phone needs a customer service training. Called in to ask a price. She what do you wanna understand about it. Then after the call I say okay thank you and she hangs up in my face.

The good yelp reviews were promising, and I called and talked to Lorine on the phone about my issue. She stated she had a person available to emerge out in five days, and asked an email with photos, which I delivered the same day (7/1/2016). I sent another followup called now 7/13/2016. She said she got both emails, but"had not got through her boxes yet", and I told her that it had been horrible to leave a customer with no reply for more than fourteen days, and that I'd leave her business a terrible yelp review.

This location has an appreciation for the older locks that have been around for decades and the knowledge.
They had it done in a few hours at a reasonable price and sent me.
These folks are pros. I brought in an older door lock that has been old. I'd already had out a bus to the house and he informed me it was not reparable.
Lori at desk, looked at the lock, then proceeded to get a screwdriver and opened it up right there. She noted a spring mechanism that caused my problem. She said She'd send it to the back of the store and there they'd hand-craft a new spring from scratch ( no replacement components for something that old )

Took the lock from the door and brought it into their shop. They did their magic. Price was very reasonable. It works perfectly.
Had a custom made door lock that has been created before I was born that servicing. The primary's teeth gave me problems opening the doorway for years and didn't line up nicely inside.

I had some door locks on my 1967 VW re-keyed and Broadway Locksmith was able to complete the task in 1 day with the ignition key. I have 1 key to doors and ignition. Everything works great. Thank you Broadway Locksmith. :)

That was more than a week ago and I am still awaiting a call.
I spoke to installing a new keyless entry system using a keypad and striker and came into Broadway Locksmith. They stated they would have someone contact me to arrange a meeting.
If you won't do the task or can not, you need to tell people up front.

In need of making a spare key backup . I've been calling around and it was no go. They charge doesnt take the key or too far. I connected with this shop thru here. The guy gave me a good quote over the telephone. I led to the shop, now. The store front is not obvious. The guy who greeted me was talking in the non enthusiastic manner. But They replicated my key quickly and accurate with a very good price. I was in and out of the location in under 10 mins. Hidden gem.

I called in to inquire about the expense of copying my house key and was dismayed trying to get a price quote for a important copy because it took a good 5 minutes to find a $ number from the man over the telephone. However, once I moved in, was a very nice woman up front who copied my house key and 2 keys that I was not able to get copied at Wal-mart and more affordable than Wal-mart. I will definitely return if I have some needs that are key, although the exterior is unassuming.

I came into rekey four locks and find an additional key. They were fast and fairly priced. My favorite locksmith!

Service - the lady owner at the counter along with her son are super people that are nice and professional - they understand their business. Quite people they could have sold me yet another remote piece but they fixed it free of price. They rekeyed 2 locks, found me a perfect match for replacing my mailbox lockset gave screws and replied my query.
Gosh!! - I wished everyone serviced their clients like them.
