Scott asked my time and indicate he would not have the ability to come out instantly (he was the only person who did"safes") but gave me a great referral. In addition, he gave me some thing to try. I did what he said... sand the safe opened on the first attempt!

Scott Stoddart really knows his stuff! He replaced our door hardware and it looks and functions flawlessly. He was back in our house to do the replacement in under 24 hours and found that the parts. Very wonderful person, honest and easy to use. Highly recommend Stoddart's!

I asked if he could come out on Saturday and called Scott. He agreed and came out at the morning. Within minutes he had the problem fixed, changed the lock , so that I only needed one key for my home then keyed the new lock. He was very reasonably priced and therefore helpful.
If I have some other needs to get a locksmith, I will definitely call again.
After the wind unexpected blew it closed I had a door hammer and the handle would turn. Attempted to remove the handle and found I couldn't work together with the mechanism inside.

Do not let them fool you. No 24/7 service here. Called at night to assist being locked from the house and not a return telephone.

My cousin locked my keys on Easter morning! I talked with Scott and called this place he had someone out in about a hour. . ON EASTER! I don't know what is, if that is not awesome customer service. Thank you so much for the help!

I decided to have my house rekeyed. After some research, Scott and I joined at the Lock & Safe through Yelp of Stoddart. I immediately received and sent him advice regarding my house. Just before 11:00 I got a call saying he would be there in 20 minutes. I showed him that locks I wanted changed, he he suggested that the key to the house be a kind of master key, and another set of keys be made for your casita. I presumed as I now have, this was a fantastic concept. The casita key only functions for your own casita. He went professionally and quickly, keeping me abreast of his progress. I watched him assess every key in every lock. Very conscientious. Would recommend this locksmith. In reality, I did. Very satisfied with the task done by Mr. Richards and Stoddart Lock & Safe.

I had a great experience dealing with Stoddart's. They gave me a quotation over the phone and answered my phone promptly. Terry came out to perform the job was professional's definition. He gave me a heads up call before he came out and was understanding into the simple fact I worked from home and it wouldn't be simple to convey during the time that he was there. He did a great job rekeying all of my locks and got straight to work. He went over and beyond and changed a couple of knobs to different locations so they matched properly and had my own nicer set moved out of a door that we do not actually use over into a doorway that get plenty of usage and can be seen more often (without me asking). He was done in only 30 minutes and waited for me to check the locks before he left. I was provided with 4 keys at no charge. Also, to place the cherry on top he added some additional discounts and charged me less than I was quoted! These guys are great. You can call around and I will tell you their rates are lower than the competition and the quality of professionalism and work has been top notch. I would definitely suggest Stoddart's.

I called these guys at the last minute after not being able to fix what turned out to be a frustrating issue with a doorway handle/bolt. Terry was able to come to the house within 2 hours, he was professional, helpful, answered my"layman" questions and fixed the issue within a 1/2 hr, all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend those guys!

If this business knows the way to perform their job, I could not tell u, and also the reason being he never called me back. So I called them to see if they might help and when I called I got a voice mail so I left a message, my secret broke off in my ignition in an older vehicle. He also called me back in a couple of minutes and I explained my situation to which he explained he'd need to do some research and will call me back in a couple of minutes. A few hours later I hadn't heard back so I again got voice mail called, and left a message. Never heard from him again. I suppose business is so great that one client doesn't matter. Sad really.

Worked with Scott remotely to acquire some important blanks for keys that not needed key blanks (made for server racks). I needed to ship Scott sample locks. Scott's support was spectacular! In the end he obtained blanks that worked. Fantastic service and good price!

Quite happy with the service we received. I called Stoddart's with the hopes of having them come out. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and explained that he would have somebody out within half an hour, which I was quite impressed with to the property. The tech that arrived (sorry, I do not recall his name) was really friendly and productive. I was pleased with the price, although I've never had to use a locksmith earlier, so I can't tell you if the price was like other businesses in the region. If needed, We'll definitely use them again.

Now, to be perfectly honest, I don't remember who I talked to. All I know is that pretty much wrapped it up and I gave him my grandfather's number and scenario.
Here is the deal, I have done this kind of job (not as a lone lock specialist ), however I couldn't help my Grandpa. Stoddart's helped him fix his problem no questions asked! The offered to drive out.

Stoddart's is the type of old fashioned company that has it all done. They really care about everyone and anyone that calls. I called to thank them but that just wasn't enough. This company is outstanding and I am happy to find that firms like this still exist.
My grandfather called in about 20 minutes after I hung up with Stoddart's (here's the best part) My grandfather got the issue fixed. Not just that, he advised me they offered to DRIVE OUT TO HIM! I Googled Surprise. 2 Hours! Stoddart's offered to drive two hours Peeples Valley to make sure my grandfather had done it right.
As an avid Yelper, I hopped on to see who could provide help. Phoenix was typed in by me as it was the metro I understood. I called a few numbers, but nobody can help (I doubt they want to give free guidance or traveling that far).
My grandma called me as I used to perform maintenance. I attempted to describe to him what he had to do to get assistance with his locks in his property. I understood what I had been trying to inform him , but somehow I couldn't make it to come perfect out.
