Service and punctually. Needed to have door lock. I would recommend this provider.

Violet, a supervisor, reimbursed some of the charges and contacted me about my complaint, for a final amount which was more in line, IMO, together with the quantity of work which was done.
That said, the amount I was billed seemed really large, and was far above what I was initially quoted. I paid but made it clear I wasn't happy.
I needed a stuck front doorknob fixed. They had someone out to my house within an hour or so and were quick to send me a quote. Artie, the tech, finished the task in about thirty minutes and was nice.

Art was professional and very fast. An appointment was made immediately when I followed , and called. I'd defn recommend. Thanks again.

Had them come out to rekey a house of mine and he said he would not be able to do it, because one lock appeared to get another key. He tried to sell commercial locks to me but that I wasn't interested due to the price and look. Then I asked again to rekey and he said he'd be able to if he could get them. Hmmm, already changing what he said originally. The first one was taken apart by him and then went into the garage in which he said he was unable to get it apart so the rekey would not work. I want one key for all locks since he knew. I told him no thanks and I'd buy locks everywhere. He charged me $45 service charge for coming to appear which I did pay. I went to Lowe's and purchased new locks. Before installing it I managed to dissemble it using one attempt, which informs me he tried to con me into buying his locks and tried what he had been hoping to do with all the garage lock. Kick stones buddy!

Michael from the Wheaton office was professional and he did a fantastic job with the services we requested. He pointed out an issue we were having was able to fix it and with our door. I would suggest Quick Key Locksmith.

Initial cost did not fit what I was quoted. For finding them I got $10 off and they offered me $10 more then needed to tell them and wait. Not a problem just a little annoying.
Really, very rude tech. He was rather impatient and looked annoyed the time. When I greeted him, he didn't talk to me. When paying we utilized the telephone when the person on the other end asked him to repeat the card amount and he murdered.

This is not a client first (or just a tech first) business. Be very cautious if you choose to hire them.

Mike was very detailed and patient with adding 2 dead bolts and came by today. The job was finished by him and made sure that I checked his job was completed also to my liking and correctly! The guards were smooth once I locked and unlocked them. I am happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

They were there for us, when we had someone. We locked ourselves out. Didn't understand what to do. But with 5 star rating I trusted them and went with quick key locksmith. Only thing should cost $130. When times are tough you have to pay what is they are asking.

Today we predicted to get someone come out and rekey our home. There is 24 hour support (so great!) And they got me scheduled for the next morning at the time I asked. Brittney arrived at our home rekeyed 5 locks inside one hour and once scheduled. She was pleasant and quick. They did give me the 10 mover discount mentioned on Yelp, when I asked, although I'd have preferred a bit more information about the costs up front. A manager called a few hours to check in and make sure I was happy with the occupation and received great support. It was a really good experience!

I received courteous and prompt service and predicted Quick Key on a frigid Sunday night. The tech opened the door and arrived within an hour and installed a new lock. Great for 24/7 service! I'd certainly recommend!

I made a telephone discovered these men, and bam! They were wonderful and there. The locksmith was funny, and made me feel at ease. The price was what they stated. Nice men who do good work, honest. Not only did they work quickly but there was no bullshit.
I had been searching at Yorktown mall and of course. I have used Yelp before for locksmiths (yeah...I am really not good at remembering where things are. My bf was functioning and laughed when I called him and told him I had done it again!) And Yelp arrived through. Thank god for the phone app!!

Quick Key locksmith, Brittany Z., was the consummate brand ambassador. Her amazing attitude coupled with crazy skills made for a gratifying and rapid experience. I got the title out of Angie's List, but need to recommend Brittany, this business, as well as, for all work that was locksmith.

Used the lock to be opened by these guys at my office building. Terrific service. Aaron came out exactly when he said he would and the job was finished over 30 minutes for a price that was fair.

We had them change the locks on our new house. They were late for the appointment we left. But when they arrived, they were fast, professional, and courteous. They made sure that each lock functioned, and that each key they provided worked. When I wanted a lock shifted, I would call them back.

My boyfriend lost his car keys and Eli was so great! He made two keys and came out in Naperville anticipated. He charged a fee that was half dealer's amount. In addition, he called us back because numerous calls had not been returned by most areas, that was a big plus. When another issue like this comes up, we will surely utilize Eli again!

Called them to get a deadbolt and manage installed, came out an hour later, did a fantastic job, charged price mentioned. Really friendly and followed up with a phone call to make sure service was great. Highly recommended!

This company is honest and'female' friendly. My cousin got locked out of her home and she phoned me and I jumped to check at great reviewed locksmith and found this company. I phoned and over 20 mins, the locksmith showed up in her house. They assured they had been honest and they had been both the locksmith and revealed an ID and the price wasn't outrageous. . .no haggling or difficult selling. . .very professional.
