Lockstar Locksmith

Totally changing my review based on the effort Colby (I hope I spelled it correctly) designed to correct the purchase price of the lock installation. He was helpful, careful and very understanding. Thumbs up.

Had a great encounter with Matthew after becoming locked out of my flat, he was really individual and honest and came! I strongly recommend him and his service!

I needed a refund, after attempting to get them to return for more than a week. They gave me only half. What was originally a $545.00 project ended up costing the construction $1066.00 to repair.
Lockstar Locksmith's entire team seem to be on how to really do a locksmith's job untrained. I contracted them to repair a buzzer. It was the next time the door had broken within six months, so I thought there was a deeper problem with the door. The team came and attempted to perform fix by moving it about and uninstalling the handle mechanism. It required the to do this, and the door handle broke and was set up quite crooked. About 20 hours of total of effort, my door was riddled with holes and they left pieces that are super the door still wasn't fixed and that my renter got cut .

I was in a catastrophe and Daniel came to the rescue! Not only didn't charge a ridiculous amount and was he kind and polite with my scenario, but he obtained the lock off fast. I am thankful to him and I urge him without having to spend money that is ridiculous to anybody who is in need of a locksmith. His response time is fast and he won't have you sitting there waiting for him. I was already having a bad day and I am so thankful that he made it a little better.

I was locked out of my bedroom! Daniel (super friendly) came in 15mins of phoning and managed to select my lock in less than 5mins! Thanks guys!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company before. The site is advertised as"Free Estimate" and that I even called to confirm whether that information was true. I was told on the telephone that the locksmith would tell me when he arrives, it is and that they can not give me price estimate on how much it's to change a lock. I was specifically advised. If no services were preformed that I wouldn't need to pay. He would need to break the lock when the locksmith came he looked at my doorway and said and I said no I didn't wish to do that. He became extremely aggressive and angry yelling at me telling me that he came for nothing. Called someone on the telephone and the guy said when I was specifically told I didn't need to pay if no services were done, I needed to pay $30 for an estimate. I needed to request the locksmith because he left me quite uneasy to depart. After he left he stayed for a while outside of my flat until he left. The experience I've ever had. If you require a locksmith do not utilize this one. They advertise as queens but come all the way. I

Daniel showed up early, gave me all the choices, answered all my questions, charged me the minimal price I was quoted about the phone (no real surprise service charges, which I have had companies attempt to pull), and pointed out issues the door might have in the future so that I might point them out into the landlords beforehand. Basically I was charged for the treatment session and it came with a lock shift.

Called Lockstar because I was given the wrong key to move into a new apartment and couldn't attain landlord. Daniel is a fanatic. He brought me back from the point of tears! And changed my lock! All at precisely the identical time!

Daniel came within 35 min of phoning. He was very helpful because I was home sitting because he fixed my friends lock. The mechanism was awakened and he replaced it fast! I was quite pleased and it was an easygoing experience thinking of this kind of scenario isn't easygoing. I highly recommend.
