After conclusion and numerous attempts, it worked!!! Words cannot say how cool it was see a locksmith and hear that lock click. Now that's what I call customer service!
There is a reason the lock store has been around for decades. It's because do care!
Eric is awesome!!! Going above and beyond to assist me. I had since the key was stuck onto the interior the zipper lock on my bean bag chair cover to be unlocked. He searched his whole wall of keys attempting to find. To no avail, he chose to tweak one of the keys if he can get it to turn and fit to see.
Thank you Eric! You're the best!
I had to purchase door knobs I wanted to match some knobs. I searched other regional suppliers, the"big box" stores AND online, but could not find fitting knobs. I then moved to a few knobs from Schlage which were more affordable -- SM Lock Works where Eric immediately identified precisely what I wanted and a fit.
My business was broken up into a Saturday morning. They responded within 4 hours to assess the damage. George was great! He made sure my business was stable for the day. He had been back out on Monday to complete the rest of the repairs. Jesse and Eric were very helpful on the conveyed to make and above the phone everything was done.

Came here to find a replica of a secret. Would happen to be super quick but I could not decide. Eric was super funny and set up with me deciding between leopard print or Hello Kitty key.
I was today with contractors installing doors and locks that weren't piled together. I took of the locks and a heap of keys over to these guys last minute. I was not expecting anyone to be pleased about it--but these guys were great. Super convenient friendly, and fast. Severin (probably butchering his name) has been the type of guy that you wish to run into when you require help in a pinch. Great attitude and that he went over and beyond to assist me when he could've understandably it put off until Monday. He showed me how to use the SmartKey technician and mended the one I failed with. Thank you for the help today guys!
Service was great because I had been jumping off the train and asked when they could help me out. My 6 keys were left by them less than 1 minute and while they were shutting store.
Sort of seems bizarre in pricing. I wonder if they overcharged me for 2 keys. I did remember the guy when he rang me up, mentioning 8 - . 'd 4 keys on my series but just got 3 copies. I will return and see what they say! Have two more to make.
The guys that work there are great! Very amazing looking store.
Cost wise for the convenience and speed I think that it's reasonable. 2 locks and 3 keys for $45.
Went house and came back with another lock and again done in under 10mins.

After trying to find a key and getting no fortune, I ran around to San Mateo Lock Works. In less than half an hour they had my door unlocked and that I could go about my day's rest ! I was thankful and grateful for speedy support, and their friendly, professional.
I inadvertently locked out myself and had a nightmare into the start of my day: put all my possessions in my office. No phone. No car keys. Nothing!
I have all of the resources to my own errands and bore my very own holes so I'm unlikely to need their setup solutions, but having done enough of this sort of work for myself, I have a feeling that a number of the one star reviews complaining about them"destroying" structurally unsound doorways are out of precisely the same kind of folks who complain when the plumber doesn't replace their shingles and tile after knocking holes inside to fix the pipes they're really licensed to. I have not ever found their staff anything but courteous and agreeable to deal with myself. If you require cleaning work, 14, you don't call a locksmith.
While they're definitely not the type of place you want to go bargain hunting, if you need some eccentric part for some eccentric commercial lock and don't want to wait around for UPS after purchasing from the maker, they likely have one in stock and know exactly where it's --today. That is much, much more than can be said of locksmiths.
