I must warn you, although I've not ever composed a Yelp review. Came in an hour and their locksmith was supposed to arrive to 20 minutes. The job was simply picking on a bedroom door lock, which they could not do. The locksmith-- who's a builder for 10 business and that does not even know the title of the company that called himcould not open the lockso he said he needed to drill (split the lock) and sell us a new lock for $40 extra. We called the office to inquire if that was appropriate. They said they had to consult with the manager and would've all me back in"two minutes" They called back. From breaking the lock one man said to stop the tech, but he had already done so. I called them a total of more than a dozen occasions to try and reach somebody, since I was transferred or hung up on. I finally reached someone who said he would personally put the manager at stake, and they'd call me back in"one second " . . .Again no telephone. This provider is either a scam or unprofessional or mismanaged.
Total business. Agree 100% with another reviewer. The site is no speech, a sham, they call back from a San Jose number. The locksmith never turned up, after an hour I called and they said they'didn't possess the component' and just hasn't turned up!
HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE, although seemed quite professional on the phone. I received a quote to get re-keying some guards. The quotation was $150 so I went for this. BIG MISTAKE! The locksmith was polite came, and began working on the locks. Then he said... just wish to confirm this will be $600. I said no way and told him. All he would say was"call the firm." When I called the company (650-461-9067) I was told that the quotation was just"a beginning price" which could be greater. CROOKS! I told the locksmith to place the locks unless I paid the service fee and he denied. I declined. I called the first higher quote firm (AALock) and they came out within two hours. Complete charge $170. Bottom line with Locksmith Palo Alto... Buyer Beware!
