I had to wait several days to acquire the parts since it is a rare car but they finished work as anticipated!!
I have lost all keys for my own BMW Z4 and IVS Security made secrets in couple days!
Price was roughly half of what BMW dealer inquired.

Lost secrets on a Sunday night these men showed up promptly and handled me. Had no door or ignition keys they shifted ignition and door over price and 20 minutes was put on. Recommend these men to anybody in a jam.

I will most definitely recommend Ivs security and most definitely use them again.excellent service. The tech came on The window that he gave me.And that he was very professional. The pricing was fair exactly what I got quoted.

A door was locked by us in our office and called IVS. They sent a man who did not know what he was doing. We had to get into that office, a duplicate key made for one more door and have two keys keyed. After an hour that they started the door but informed us back to their offices they would need to take the lock and could be back in one hour. They also took the key that we had a copy for. With the key he arrived back after 4 hours and stated they were trying to get the keys made for the other door. They eventually came back after 3 more hours (7:00 pm) with the lock and key. We had been billed with a total of $155 for also to have 2 keys and also 1 key. How outrageous!!! They clearly don't know what they are doing. We were charged $25 for $130 and two duplicate keys they needed to key to your door. It took all day but this was their difficulty. Do not go here...I have cautioned you!!!!

Don't waste your time as they can not and did not make the keys just like they said they could.

I tried phoning the office number, but just got a message that the mailbox was not set up yet. I tried two more times. IVS' asserts that has been its end and I waited too long to bring this. I had been offered a smaller amount to fill out the job order but didn't accept it.
Disappointed in Lawrencville
I'm afraid I didn't receive the service a few of you had with IVS Security. I had to phone them out Oct to service a transponder key that came with my 2012 Fusion. It was a wet and cold night and the technician was young it sounds from the period of time it had been taking and then not having the ideal equipment or key. He stated another tech would be out the next day to complete the job and cried. The rep showed up and understood his business well. After he was done he introduced me with a bill for about $300. The casing on that key fell apart. I discovered my receipt had no title, phone number or some other way to speak to the corporation. I decided to put the parts back together and tape the two halves together. This worked for about 2 weeks or so and I was desperate trying to learn who the company was I dealt with. I had the amount so I started going through my bank statements and bingo there it was. But under another name than I initially contacted. I called, asked about the guarantee and was told it was under warranty. That was a week past. The tech said later he watched pictures of my keys, he had to order parts. A tech said that he had been on the way to my property and called. I had not called them right away when it initially fell apart following a moments told me that this was not covered because of this fact although he began working. I was amazed to say the least. I told him I had taped it together which worked ok until.
I hope no one has to contend with this type of problem. Good luck.
