Baldino's Lock & Key

Call someone in a crisis situation when you're locked out, Baldinos does not show up.
The reason that is a two star instead of a 1 star is because we purchased a pair of locks and keys here with a decent experience. DO NOT call them. Since I was locked out of my property I called approximately 7:00 pm. I talked along with the gentleman will call shortly with an estimated arrival time. After waiting 40 minutes see what happened and I decided to call back. I was subsequently told they couldn't get in contact with the gentleman that was supposed to be arriving, and they would call his supervisor so I should hear from him. I called dispatch and they'd STILL not contacted him or bothered to tell me what was going on. The sun set, my dogs and I were locked out, and I called another locksmith that charged $175, known as 3 minutes after I talked to their own dispatcher, and showed up 25 minutes after that.

Total joke. I am somewhat stunned at how bad my interaction went with this Asian guy who eventually sauntered around the counter to wait on me. He was in unworthy and distinct and all I wanted him to do would be to be consultative. What a smug and loser. He laughed at me because I did not understand what I needed.

I need to be honest - I didn't utilize this service. When I called, I had an emergency situation (doorknob was disconnected from the door , so my family was stuck indoors ). The secretary had no interest in helping, saying they might come out Monday - five days from today! I get it that they are occupied, but at least ACT like you want that you could help.

The people here are incredibly helpful and willing to make certain that you get exactly what you need - even if this means asking a zillions queries, cancelling / moving / what or changing orders. They are very focused on great customer service and client satisfaction. I am so thankful to the Baldino's I ran into when I asked him a question about the Arlington one, at a local company who directed me.
