Purchased a truck which the proprietor did not have the secret to the tool box in the truck bed. Stopped by after finding Baldino's on the inter web and obtaining some expensive quotes from mobile services. The gentleman who was there popped the lock out of the box left two keys and put back the lock and made sure everything worked fine and wrapped. Took. I would highly recommend this location for any locksmith needs.

I Tried to buy a Secure in December through Baldinos. I called and expressed my frustration to get a I had nothing to show for this after paying. They simply offered to provide me a free light bar for the safe (that is what, $50?) . They didn't move on that suggestion, although I inquired for free shipping.
No one was rude while speaking to me personally, but not once did I feel as though they tried to do right by the client.
I made calls to check in every few weeks, on the order starting in January to find an update. The safe wasn't created until the end of April. Last week I have the call to schedule delivery (currently 5 months to the transaction). Liberty sent the Baldinos asked if I wanted to take the delivery. I declined.
The order wasn't placed until February/March for production with Liberty Safes. Even with constant calls to the business it wasn't until I had to call the factory right that I found out exactly what the story was.
My impression was they were not terribly concerned that I had been having so many issues throughout speaking with the several employees. They called to say the safe could replicate and get out one to me in June though they were doing me the favor, but that I had already had conversation directly with the mill sales metering
The only positive I could say that came out of it was when I told them I wanted a refund to take my business elsewhere, they stated the petition would be processed by them and agreed quickly.

Twice I went there they had been closed as being receptive during hours they recorded. Went back a third time, guy working there was the jackass to me. Ended up walking out. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Speedy support. The guy that helped me knew what he do and was really nice. This the only place I can keys created for my apt. The hours are good but I go in late. I figured I will do it on my day off. I must have attracted the audience in with me because it was just one individual and myself. Then the gates that were flipped opened. Lol nice location to find as it is a nicely.

I guess it's my fault for not asking. But I will never ever go back, and feel like I was robbed and recommend you do.
At 2:30 he predicted, said they were done. I was floored As soon as I got there. He charged me $39.60 per lock. So 80 per doorway. A total with tax of $307.82. For work that required him. I gone to purchase new locks, and would have just walked off When I had been thinking clearer. To add insult to injury I just got two keys. So I am writing this by the Home Depot parking lot where I am going to get the keys made that I need
I dropped 8 deadbolts off around 12. This was 4 doors- keyed on both sides. When I came in the clerk was distracted, said it would take a couple hours and he would call me. He never said how much, and that I didn't think to ask - I believe a brand new deadbolt (for either side ) is $40 and if you purchase the lock in Home Depot or Lowe's they will do it at no cost. How much could this be?
I'm renting out our house and proceeded to get the locks rekeyed. Home Depot used to do it, however, said they don't anymore and recommended Baldinos.

Like Mark J., we went for a key copy. So costs may have gone up 17, the key we got was really around $5. It's pricier than getting your key duplicated but that seems to have it done, in case you've got a key you also need an actual locksmith and such as we did. The key eventually worked after 5 attempts!
So far as we know, this is the sole locksmith in Woodbridge. There are other locksmiths in the region that are more highly rated in this one, however they don't have walk-in storefronts so you may have to pay for them to come out to your location. That sounds to find a basic key duplicated when you may just go here. Kind of a sketchy location in the shopping center near the Rt 1 Popeye's so should you require walk-in service, I'd attempt to come in the day.

All I did was have a duplicate key made here (after Ace Hardware screwed up my prior effort at obtaining a new key), so that I can not really attest to their other locksmith services. The service was speedy and the manager was friendly. It is a little pricier ($4.55 for a basic duplicate key) than Home Depot, Wal Mart, or Lowe's, but I figure you get what you pay for!
