I had a really good experience. They reacted fast and the price was great in comparison to. The man that came out did and was very professional.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have had from any company, anywhere.
Complete waste of the time, you're better off banging your head on the door since that's about as painful as this experience has been for me until it opens.
Dude on the telephone sounded fine and professional, quoted me about $80 to open the door, and they would be there in 20 minutes. I called to make sure everything was fine after waiting outside to let the technician through the gate for more than an hour. Office man says the technician was already sent by them, nobody was home, and they attempted calling me several times. I never was called once and I sure as hell never saw anyone stop close to the house. BECAUSE I stood OUT THERE THE WHOLE TIME. He gave the number to call of the tech to me, and that I clarified the circumstance. He interrupts me to say"ok thank you okay thank you okay thank you good bye" and then hangs up on me??? Called the office and he said the technician will be there in 20 minutes. no technician and another hour later, '' I tell him I will pay somebody else. WHAT MAP?? If that continues, then he should've known that the technician never arrived in the first location! 45 minutes AFTER still and that no technician, I feel stupid for giving many opportunities to these people.
You call a locksmith since you will need help. More often than not it's something IMPORTANT for example your house or your car that you're locked out of, so timing is essential.

Don't use this business! They came to give my mother. She tried to get somebody and her calls stored going to voicemail. After no one returned her voicemails she moved from the area of business and no one was there. I called from a number and they replied. I requested them to come fix the key, I had been told a tech would be in my house in one hour and no one showed.
I've sent left voicemails and texts no one will respond. I will be reporting you!

I can not help feeling angry about how the owner responded to my own review, although it's been nearly a year. I noticed is taken back on yelp's photo set. I am posting it .

I called to schedule an appointment for the next day for 10am and they confirmed they'd be here. I called to confirm the man said yes we've got a man going and they'd be coming. It's nothing at all and no call or a text, 11 am now an hour late, this is unprofessional. At least let the customer know you're behind on the way or about program do not lie and say. That is not dignity. Save yourself that particular hour.

2) The owner says"you're a fake customer". My phone record revealed I had a 6m conversation with -LRB-714-RRB- 916-5040 on the day on the ceremony. See the pic. So yes, I used your service and spoke to you.
How do you possibly lie once I spoke to you on the phone and have your invoice? You think by playing the tricks, you can get away?
Care: time to expose that the owner Shai Samoelov because of his tricks: using phone numbers and business names playing with this type of bait and switch con. I've all the evidences with mepersonally.
3) The owner has 4 complaints against him BBB.
1) He states this is the incorrect invoice/company. Nonetheless, in the inspection of Michelle N, she has the exact same invoice format as I do. Coincidence? Clearly the owner deliberately utilizes a different company name on the invoice.

I contacted this firm to discover what's wrong with all the remote. I told them what the problem was and they said it could be fixed by them. 2 hours after the technician calls to say he's on his way but he does not have the part but he could replace the battery. I then asked if the battery is replaced by you and it does not work I will pay you not to address my problem. The driver said well it is possible to get in touch with somebody else and then got rude. I am very disappointed that they didn't let me know that I could not be helped by them. The technician poor mindset made a slight problem a major problem.I don't know about you but my period is really important. I was patient with this company.
Customer service is really important and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Shawn was suppose to repair. He's now denying doing even or the work servicing this place. I've the statement of it being whole. I couldn't turn on my car to look at his work because I wanted my oil pan . I've known many times to talk to someone but never get a call back. I would like my money back so that I could take a specialist my problem is still there and I invested $339 complete to it. Very disappointed
I've talked today and he's said that his company has moved but following my trip the invoice does match the place

PLEASE READ! This is my own story. My puppy unfortunately chewed of my distant last night. I moved to my car to check if I could open my car because I had the key. I managed to open my car unfortunately my alarm went off. I thought if I only opened it using the key and lock it and then unlock it I would be OK, I wasn't. I went online to see if the fuse could be disabled by me but that I did not find anything.
I called a few 24 seven locksmith although maybe not a great deal of people answered me. Garden Grove lock and key actually answered me and to start were very nice. I specifically asked the man if he had a control for a Pontiac Grand Prix six 2003 because that is exactly what I had the most. As soon as I went online it said I had the control to prevent the alarm from moving off.He told me"yes we actually do have a control for this car"I was happy to know that someone had the control away.He gave me a quote of 280-320 for turning off the alert AND the control. I thought it was a thing. Mike did not get until 12 to my location. Mike, told numerous times to me how close he was. Took him an hour. If a person tells me that they will be there in 20 minutes(I'm expecting that). I wouldn't of had a difficulty if he told me an hour. Fine, wait and if this was true I could walk home. I waited for an hour(external )I called GG lock and key. The man said that"mike had a long day" that he was tired. . .well if you've got a 24/7 locksmith service because that is a decision you made. Anyway, I got plenty of excuses. He asked if the car turned on, when mike got into my location. Since I had the key, well it did. The alarm would proceed. What I really needed was the alert and a control that I was assured the minute I asked the man if he had it. When Mike arrived he informed my boyfriend and me"well I don't have the control" WHAT?! He said for the control it'd be and would be as disable my alert? So all he did was take the fuse off from within my car and that is it! For that 210 $ got billed I feel ripped away. I was just so tired of waiting I said"nice". The man revealed my boyfriend to place the fuse . He said"I will not show you, because you are a woman". How disrespectful. The proprietor commented on my last review and can be currently calling me a lier. In addition, I don't think a professional business operator should be calling customers"bad customers" and"liars". I have images of the number of times I called mike and the business.
I don't usually write reviews. Specially long, but I am rather displeased with the service I have last night. I expect everybody planing on doing business together reads this.I'm unashamedly my review because I would like to be clear about my circumstance. I want to make sure the customers are aware of the Garden Grove lock and service.

I was crying on the phone he was terrified and because my son has autism and that I wanted the owner to be as fast as you can. He promised he would benow for him to deny that is despicable.
Please see attached photos of call logs. I phoned twice, talked with this **** proprietor, he promised to send somebody out in 20 minutes. First call on Jan 4th, 8:34am and that I predicted afterward again in 20 minutes and that he didn't pick up twice.
I have some words I am refraining from using- I do not recommend this company based on their integrity. I cried he promised me he would send somebody out as soon as you can, but certainly within 20 and telling them my son was locked in
I phoned this company because I locked my son in my own 17, looking for a locksmith and the owner stated he will send somebody out in 20 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and finally got a call back in 25 minutes only to be informed it would be another 30 minutes.

Please take your company elsewhere- proprietor is scum. You are truly pathetic for attempting to deny the truth. Just like the Orangutan at office, you deny truth by claiming it's fake.

If I can give zero stars I would. Advised he would arrive at 20 mins. My husband went into detail with him, then told him that he sent somebody else, therefore it went to take. Advised that they would telephone us someone was near.A hour passed by and no call. I wound up calling him no answer. Called 20 mins later, no answer. We waited 2 hours and never got a call back or answer. Bad customer service. Inadequate business etiquette. Please look elsewhere for help. Especially if it's an emergency.

Shai messaged me regarding my service and has done everything he can to solve my issue. We are still in the midst of getting it situated but I am prepared to modify my 1 star because the proprietor himself reached out to try and assist me to a 5 star. That's excellent customer service there and I hope nobody else runs into any difficulties. I was also provides a 50% reimbursement for all the troubles I am really grateful to Shai and I had been put through.

This place is very unprofessional. Told us they'd be here in 15 minutes. 15 minutes arrived and then they told us it'd be another 20 minutes. Called a last time and said they'd need an extra 20 minutes. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Don't waste your money here, find a locksmith that is much better.

The locksmith stated it took 20 minutes to get to my house and then he was 20 minutes late. I got locked out of my car. He charged me and then unlocked the car in 5 minutes 105, for example service call. Damn ~ 105 earned less than one hour. That's just pure robbing. Well, I must blame myself too. Saw a lot of good reviews and thought I must give it a try. Nah ah ~ t be cocky:)

Super friendly, super cool, educated, and speedy support. I recommend him. Quick quick and simple. Price was fair and I left as a customer.

Way to expensive try to charge me $160 for a 1990 Jeep Crucial when Two other key Smith $80 not Suggested quote me

Locked my keys in the car and went via yelp to locate a person to help me out. They offered me $60 as opposed to other places charging me $100+. Someone came professional and really friendly. Would use again.

Called and obtained Sean's voicemail. Receive a phone call in a few minutes using a quote. I had a clip and battery replacement. Cost was 120. . .120! Both service cost around 20 bucks. Sean blames the support charge. 100 bucks to drive in garden grove and possibly 10-15 mins if your time. If that's the price Sean, maybe you wish to supply a new key fob then perhaps it'll be in the purchase price selection of the competition. At least 2 of of your opponents charge less than 120 bucks, one was 85 bucks for brand fob key. They are also a mobile service Sean. Well these testimonials sense and the market price will take care of itself. Very good fortune to you.

Over 1 hour later and no indication of anyone. So that I phoned them to follow up asking for Shawn, shawn was supposed to come back out but will not identify himself or allow me to know if Shawn is on his way. I kept asking who where's Shawn at least 5 occasions and am I speaking to. Every time the guy would dismiss me and say somebody is coming. I wound up phoning somebody else. Quite unprofessional would never call them or would I employ them.

Locked my keys in my car. Called this location and said they would be there in 40 minutes. 55 minutes pass, I predict, and they tell me that the tech is running late 15 minutes... I call back in 20 minutes and he then tell me that they are gunna have the tech call me to determine where I'm. The tech calls and tells me he certainly will be there in 20 minutes, and just got the job. I don't understand it. I advised him to not bother coming.
