This is the 3rd time somebody has left a light on in this car while parked on a residential road in Brooklyn. When I attempt to start it, days later, obviously nothing happens.
They've even helped me find what was left in the automobile causing my predicament. And I have been given advice on how long to allow the car run by them.

I discovered they had my pickup address wrong after waiting an hour out my pickup window. When I called to correct I asked if they could speed up the motorist believing I had already been waiting for about 2.5 hours and the address was put in wrong. The lady was incredibly rude, told me I'd have to wait for another 50 minutes since" we will our driver has to go all of the way out to the wrong address" as if this was now my issue and then hung up on me. Get it all together! I was supposed to get services and did not until 11:30.
Was pleasant and helpful. I would not work them because they seem also and completely unorganized just impolite - not the kind of folks that you want to converse with if in a stressful circumstance. They work with Allstate and I will be submitting a complaint.
People answered the telephone instantly, addressed my concerns and said a serviceman will be at my home within 20 minutes. Not only did they appear in less than 20, my lock was fixed by them . Kind. Can't ask for much longer in an emergency!
Dangerous. Not sure what type of people they employ. Be wary. One of their vehicles was driving about 8:45 pm, looked missing tonight in Greenpoint. Drove maybe 50mph over the Greenpoint Ave Bridge. Swerving.
Worst roadside ever in existence. 2 hours dispatch and waiting kept lying about eta. Extremely rude. Not answering calls putting them on hold. Hung up on me . Worst experience. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
Do not use them. If I could give a negative star I would. The roadside assistance of my insurance company contracted my automobile to start when my keys have been locked in. This company sent a women out who had been drunk. She drove into our work van when entering the parking lot, tried denying it, I had to show her the camera recording. She begged me not to call the police. I had been known to the owner of the company who hung me up and accused me of lying on something when I called. I tried to allow the company manage this incident, I was nice to them, but damn. This is only one of the most crazy deals I have ever addressed. Do not use these people. This picture below is. She dented the side of my truck using the car jack she had been standing . Then proceeded to scratch the crap out of my truck
Worst service left me stranded on the side of road and did not care about it! Driver did not follow directions and passed by myself and police which had to depart once pop-a-lock and patiently waited for over an hour failed to react! 1am when the reason I stopped and got a flat was because of me going to help a cat which had gotten in an accident and making sure that they were ok! The fact that the roadside assistance was part of program that is progressive is a surprise however, the shortage of maintenance is a big Problem for me
Worst service ever, never had an good experience with them but sadly they are used by Geico . They are favorite line is their coming they will be there in 15 minute your still awaiting. Will be calling corporate.

If I had another choice of a locksmith I wouldn't be waiting for this dreadful company, however they're the only one's who are able to come out and help (should they ever actually do appear )!

I called pop-a-lock who advised me the locksmith could be at my house in 45 minutes or less.

Please don't use this company they're horrible the young lady dispatcher is unprofessional and very rude. Called several times kept lying about coming. The first time I had been hung up on while trying to ask for the proper time. The company took to come after telling my dealership one hour.

Cost was high, more than double if I brought it to a shop, but it had been an emergency. Zero for two for price shipment and 5 to the technician.

Quick and simple, responded in 30 min to jump my car (delivered through my car service guarantee folks). No charge as it was covered by my support team.
Dispatch was simple and the paperwork was a bit more than other businesses, but was fairly straighforward.
This franchise is your absolute worst. If car manufacturer or your insurance provider use these knuckleheads then save yourself the time and aggravation and ask a different service. After sitting at my car for over four and a half an hour, getting put on hold for quite a very long time to get hung up I got my insurance. MUCH better support from them. If you visit Popalock Staten Island, go somewhere else. Should you give your company to them, they will give you the company, if you understand exactly what I mean. If it were possible, less than ZERO stars.
I was able to leave my flat to the 18, When the cylinder was set up. But when I returned I could not get in the door. Then I called the service man and he asked,"Mam, have you tried using your key?"

A couple of days later the door was jammed and I was stuck for one hour trying all to escape. So I called my own doorman. Eventually I was able to get in my construction provided to come look at the doorway out of the flat and the handyman. Then they needed to AGAIN since the 1 Pop-A-Lock was already broken before installation, replace the cylinder or has been broken during the procedure. Pop-A-Lock was immediately called by me and has been told the following morning, their GM would be returning my phone.
I called Pop-A-Lock, As soon as I locked myself. They demonstrated up near 4 hours later saying there was traffic and gave a 30-45 minute ETA to me. I predicted at 10 AM on a Sunday. There was no traffic. What I thought could be a simple pick lock situation turned into the service man then needing to call someone to come help because he didn't know how to replace the cylinder.
Obviously, the GM said he will"Call me back ". The problem is not resolved and I'm furious.
Idiots run this provider.
I called multiple occasions over 16 days without a call back. Let's recall this was a 381 charge! I finally received a call back and he could not be any more rude. He asked why I did not only ask them to come outside to fix the doorway.... I WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN LOCKED IN MY APARTMENT IF I WAITED FOR THEM!!!!!! Not to mention I was so upset with the support I didn't want them touching my door anymore. They wasted enough of cash and my time and had done enough damage.

Roadside service assistance damaged my car door. I've contacted the service supplier but never got answer!

I was locked out of my vehicle I had a jump start as well, he was fine, and specialist,! Great job
Pop-A-Lock failed to finish the task and showed up as a portion of GEICO Roadside help to jump my car battery. Not suggested.
