They couldn't do our locks to anything except acrylic and we went to 3 additional locksmiths and tighten the screws. Louie arrived and fixed the problem in half an hour. He explained the prices prior to doing anything and offered suggestions for various problems I asked about. They were fantastic!
After buying a house we had problems with storm doors that began in the previous owners. The thumblock got hitting and jammed on the door.

Meanwhile, we found our secrets and waved him off. We paid him for his time, but he had been generous enough to provide us the secret he'd cut at a substantially discounted rate. Not how we planned to spend our cash on Black Friday, but glad this business was encouraged by us!

I locked my keys in the job van Saturday at 9:00 am and called these guys. I spoke with Louie and he said he would be at my home at 15 minutes - he revealed in 5 minutes! He managed to open the van in two minutes and charged only 75 bucks. My buddy is a locksmith at Brooklyn and states 100 bucks charge.

I had a smart key made for my Prius. Locksmiths on the island said that I would have to go to the dealer and they could not make it and they wanted to get a replica. One of the locksmiths I called recommended I give a telephone to Richmond Lock and Key. It arrived in they had the crucial and ready to go in 15 minutes, although they had to special order they key from Toyota. True professionals, plus a price charged than the dealer wanted. I highly recommend them, and will come back to any time that I need a locksmith.
