I'm a real estate broker and a real estate manager. I locked myself out of a unit which was being 14,, this week. I was going to have him change the locks, but now I wanted it. He was there first thing in the afternoon and took care of all. Excellent support and I trust.

As was another individual who he RIPPED OFF my yelp review was removed. I'd be more than glad to provide Yelp's moderation team together with my past-due invoices, and I'm convinced his additional VICTIM will be more than happy to corroborate my story. Not certain why yelp things I'm a passive aggressive family member (huh, today I heard I'm part mexican?) And I'm also not certain why yelp's mod team believes we do the exact same job (today I guess I'm also a locksmith? Wow, learning a great deal about myself. . Thank you yelp!) Anyway, you'll rip off. Clueless. enough said.

I was referred by Bear Valley Lock & Key to open a Secure. RML has come out on short notice, holidays, & while the owner is spending time with his family to work muktiple possessions. He's VERY PROFESSIONAL positive, & GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE.
His work is beautiful and he shows me what he's done.

He will take your money and not complete the job... and when he"decides when" he wishes to complete the job, he'll charge you more!!!!!! He is lazy, unprofessional, and never on time. He will have you hanging out waiting for hours ... he acts like he knows exactly what he is doing, but does not, and you wind up paying more for the errors he left.... Don't... I repeat... don't give him your company!!!!! If I could put zero stars I would!!!!!

I Had Been referred Throughout the Ford dealership to RML. I needed a crucial that was programmed for my car but they needed the trimming specifications on file, because it's over 10 years old.
Joey managed to find the information and got me a new key in no time. He's very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in need of services.

Joey came over to put in correct a lock. He claimed to understand how to utilize locks in houses. He clearly does not. The lock hasn't functioned and now the screws are loose. He should adhere to only making keys.
