So when I had an key issue this week I went to them vista Lock and Key was recommended on Nextdoor. They sure didn't disappoint! They came through for me. Super educated price and I highly recommend! ;

Really terrific service! And prices as well. I walked in and had my key. It was Dirt Cheap too! The clerk Alan was very kind and educated. I will return very soon a spare key for my Volkswagen's price is actually really affordable!

Got a lock assembly - shot the whole shebang, knobs and all, outside of the wood & glass sliding doors and down to their own shop. The technician was a bit taken aback at first by the pile of components I plunked down to their counter in a cardboard box, for example, spring that had popped out when I had tried to fix it myself a year before, but I got it back fixed and ready to go in about an hour and a half! They were courteous, fast and educated. (I think the reviewers on Google and Yelp weren't understanding what went on and expecting things a specific way and yelling when they did not get it).

Michael was great. . He arrived to fix my lock and did not feel that it had been up to normal so he purchased a piece and returned four days later to finish the job. No additional fees. Criteria and his professionalism were amazing!

*** I did go to American lock and safe on Vista Village drive. They completed the job in half an hour for two auto key fobs and were very courteous. ***
Do your self a favor. Don't go to vista lock and key.
I had the displeasure of having to take care of the proprietor who started with getting my car key 21, to help but would begin helping other men and women. After this went on for an hour, he said I would need to wait another 30 minutes unless customers walk in. He said I would need to make an appointment. When I asked why he didn't tell me when I came in and that I wasn't going to wait patiently while he serves other people, he"banned" me by the business.

Vista Safe and Lock to the rescue! We had to re-key our locks/doors and bought a new home. They were friendly, quick, lively, and VERY competitively priced! We now have two keys which operate every door in our property! Thank you Vista Lock & Safe!

I came in to find a key made for the vehicle. UGH! As soon as I came into Vista Lock it had been 35.00!

Gotta hand it to Vista Lock & Safe. They are on the ball! Their Tech was here in just a half hour of my phone & I reside in a gated neighborhood. Was not able to lock my door & Abe fixed it. Price for work & service telephone was more than reasonable. Thanks so much Abe!

Oh no. I resigned to Safe and Vista Lock. They were able to follow me back and not only gain entrance but took the time to correct the matter using the lock that resulted in the secret. I get the impression that going beyond and over is the way

I stopped here in hopes that they may have a secret for my Jeep (the one with the buttons to pop up Windows and arm/disarm the alarm, etc.). I'd assessed 2 Jeep dealerships to find that the secret was on back order for 2-3 weeks and would be 300.00 for its key and programming. My friend said that I must attempt Vista Lock and Safe. I REALLY am so thankful I have the recommendation to come here!! The techs seem really educated. Additionally they had the secret in stock and cut and programmed it for me while I waited. Afterward they made sure everything worked on my Jeep and the price was half what the automobile was going to charge me (and a 2-3 week wait)...I'm super happy and will return here for any of my key, safe or lock needs!!

Very quickly! WOW! WE wanted someone fast, and VL&S got it done! Organized and polite, the worker focused and was nothing but pleasant. It was worthwhile, although there was an excess fee for fast support.

Should have wrote this a few moths ago but better late than never... I locked myself out of the house on Christmas day at 5pm... The 3 friends who have keys to my house ALL out of town.

They revealed within 30 minutes of my call and had me indoors in under 5 minutes.

Vista Lock and Safe did a great job. A company was bought by me and they came to change the locks. They arrived on time. Did the job and delivered what was promised. They were willing to work to accomodate my workplace schedule. No charge, and no reminders they were doing me a favor. Thank you!!!

Great support! Very efficient and professional. We dropped a key to a secure that includes valuable family files. Michael, abraham and the other gentlemen were courteous, more friendly and very efficient. Our safe was started and we've got access to our files! I brought my protected expecting an expensive fix and turnaround that was long. It seems like any time I have a fix for a bit of gear that is"technical" this is the situation. When they phoned the NEXT afternoon was repaired, I had been over the moon secure and happy using Vista lock. AND the charge was less than $50. If the cost was based on what it should have been, I don't know, however, I feel comfortable with it. The men were friendly enough and no nonsense. That's cool in my book. I'll be back for certain.

My movers locked my filing cabinet and of course we had no idea where the keys were. I introduced the filing cabinet in, they made me two brand new keys that were shiny, all for less than $20 called the next morning to say they had unlocked it. I was really satisfied and they even helped me load my full filing cabinet back.
