I didn't returned my house keys after I asked he do this and awakened with a live. Each time that I left the house, I feared he let himself in, would come and violate my space. I felt vulnerable without me knowing, that he could come and was frightened. I told my friend and she advocated Safe & Quality Lock to assist alter the locks of my home. They came on a Saturday, when they are closed, and within one hour they had shifted out my house and mailbox's locks and given me new keys . AMAZING! What was even more surprising, was that it was the proprietor himself who had come to change the locks. WOW! Thank you so much and giving me back my sense of safety.

Quality Lock is the very best. They are always courteous and prompt. Once I get them made my keys work, I have never had any problem with my keys being cut . I highly suggest Quality for safety needs and all of your lock.

Really like a house town business that puts customer service ! Always friendly and helpful folks! From full house re-keying, person keys being cut or that odd ball lock with no key (but you need you ) - this is a one stop shop for everything lock and key related!

I Had keys Created for my job all new locks and cabinets etc Wanted them for Additional Workers too had one First so I Wanted them quickly brought them into the Store they Arranged the keys stamped and cut them was greatly appreciated how fast and professional they were highly recommend

Makes sense there aren't any reviews for this company yet. They were recommended BayAlarm, so we trusted them but our experience was ideal. They awakened on installments several occasions, were slow to respond with everything and had to return into our offices on multiple events. They were responsible for locking out our whole office. Imagine coming in to work in the morning to be not able to enter your office?
They wouldn't take responsibility or offer any reductions to the inconvenience. They blamed them and chose at not only us but at BayAlarm to point fingers. It's pretty revealing to get a company to be not able to admit their faults but also to point fingers and this has been by the owner of the company himself. BayAlarm were apologetic and took full responsibility, which is why we would still recommend them although our work with BayAlarm was not the greatest. However, I cannot recommend this corporation. Even if it came time to charge usthey took an whole 2 weeks. The whole procedure with them was irritating and unpleasant, to say the very least.

Our firm has employed Safe and Quality Lock for ages. They've changed out locks and re-keyed all locks, repaired locks, and made odd keys for us (like the key for our coke machine). They have technicians that come out and perform the work - we have found them to be trustworthy and professional. Yesterday I went for a specialization key to be duplicated and it could not be done straight away, however, the technician at their shop, Alexis, had me leave the secret after which she dropped it off in our business this morning - replicated to perfection. Above and beyond what I expected! I recommend this lock and secure store.
