In a nutshell: Management is different, the area is improved.
I visited this place where I live. This really is a family business where the owner was in and out. Recently, the owner has greatly reorganized the shop and has dedicated more time. Although he acts as the management / QA arm of the business augustin is very favorable. It appears that the place for business pings a large number of technicians. Service is fantastic, and Augustin is personable. My wife and I are appreciative of his help!!

Sophie was fantastic helping me out. Customer support and dialogue while I waited for my keys to be carried out. Thank you when I am ready for a copy of my car keys, and will return. AWESOME!

Visited with this business now at 5:21pm and the doors have been locked. Called and the business said their hours will be 9am-5pm. Their Yelp page has hours that are different, and in their doors it states they provide 24 hour service and the store hours different. Will return tomorrow to copy a key and will update review afterward. Additionally, the proprietor should really allow quote request to their free Yelp business account at biz.yelp.com

I had a key that was peculiar I came to Expert Locksmith. On searching for my key, the Customer service was quick and dependable. Expert Locksmith provides one of the speedy and very best solution for the locksmith needs, although I'd bad experiences with locksmith in the past. Thanks. :)

I got my replacement crucial and was out and in. Additionally, was surprised by how cheap my replacement key was given that it's a lock. I was approached and asked in my experience that made me feel appreciated. I was told they are under new management. Overall, a great experience.

As a specialist office we tried to utilize this company to execute a rest sequence. They failed to appear, resulting in additional lawyers fees and nearly 6 weeks of delay for our client. Will never attempt to use them. There are a whole lot of companies in the city and we will be using one of them later on.

Great place. They've gone through new owner and new management a\nd their prices and service are better than the competition.

Amount but they over charged her by 250.00 bucks They simply swapped out two existing locks, two simple screws gave her poor locks from HomeDepot style. The prices they charged where NYC prices as I had Glass company in Manhattan for 40 years.I would remain clear from this company crooks.
These men are a butch of crooks for me to perform it, that my 82 year old mother needed to replace front door locks and could not wait I was out of town. I really don't understand how she made their

I called for service to open a bathroom door for and was told that the price would be plus whatever time it'd require $29. A guy who was rude as he might be informed me right away the price would be $85. This is a lock, I said he very rudely told me he did not want the job. I had the door opened and advised him ok. It took him required my money that was $85 one half next to INSTANTLY open the lock. He handed me a blank receipt, studying: $85, when I asked for a statement. No title, nothing, phone #. I have been in this home. We do not require our town to be infiltrated by these burglars !

DO NOT USE these people today!! I was in an emergency and they totally Horrible service!!! I would have not even bothered!!! if it wast because I had been in a jam

Most people get locked OUT, my renter obtained. Door wouldn't open The neighbors removed the door to find out the family and he predicted a locksmith after turning key in the interior. They showed up after two hours(not an issue ) but the specialist professional proceeded to place the lock UPSIDE down. WOW. Prior to calling these guys find a handyman. Did he set up an outside lock? I wonder?

***UPDATE*** I just checked out their site and at the base found the following quotation:" we do it no one can beat our cost" *Ahem* Just like I said, liars. The lot of them.
This afternoon, so I called and was quoted a cost of 30 more. I clarified a discount would not be a problem and the quote I got on the phone into the gentleman and he said that his technician would consider what went into the programming went he arrived. I was told a technician should arrive within half an hour.
I really don't trust. They appear to quote random prices, are uncertain of what each service involves so they tell you they will call you right back and then have Mr. Charming above call back that then apparently looses all sales. If he does not, I"m very surprised. You do not treat customers that way and you also do not bash your competitors (especially when it's the dealership itself) such as that. It merely makes you look like a car salesman except you're sleazy locksmith employees.
At the next 30 seconds I received 4 additional phone calls from this company ranging from them asking what car model I'd again (I provided all my advice twice in the initial call) to them telling me if the programming did not work, I would have to pay for the support regardless. Then, the discount was mentioned by me again and this gentleman, that had been very hard to comprehend, stated that the cost would be $120 regardless. I stated this was itself. He proceeded to state he would not reduce the purchase price, argue that the dealership could cost more and would not do a good job, and asked if my problem was only that I was not keen to pay the purchase price. I advised him,"Yes, that cost is too large. I will go to my dealership" and wrapped. 5 minutes later, after I'd scheduled an appointment he calls back again! This time saying they will honor the quote should I come to them which is further than my dealership by far.
Awful customer support. Pushy sales people and attitudes that are impolite generally. The Broward County number was called by me after having called therm. I wanted to find a copy of my car key made having lost my second replicate a couple of months ago. When I first called a couple of weeks back, I had been quoted a cost of $90 for a cut and application (I had a sterile ). I chose to hold off on getting a duplicate at that point as I was not driving my car to justify it and travel a lot.

Save yourself from time and wasting $. Quoted me one figure all of a sudden, to get a pipe change, it was replaced. Terrible work, overpriced. A month 28, because I could not get the door due to poor work on the setup of the new lock, I needed to call another company! Since they were previously paid, they did not wish to listen to anything about it. He did not speak English as he was eastern and he had terrible body odor. Not that that has anything to do with the work, but I wish to provide the whole picture.

THE WORST!!! STAY AWAY! Keys don't work and they don't care! Had to go back 3 times to get keys recut!! Save yourself money and time, go ANYWHERE else.
