However GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLOCK MY DOOR.
Yesterday evening I got locked out of my flat. The service was quick and they have the job done.

Send in the a$$ Clowns.Beware they are a complete rip off.
Unprofessional.
They offered me used components as if they were brand new!!
On top of all this they ruined the door during installation (see photos).
They left the dented and using a big sharp fragmented holes.
Inexperienced.
Scam artists.
I've filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Division of The Better Business Bureau as well as filed a police report.
Had to employ another firm complete the work and to fix the damage they caused.

A few times have changed names.
TOTAL FRAUDS!!!!
They tried to bill an extra $800 on top of the up-charge of another $200 for work that has been originally quoted for $600.

Charged over 700 to unlock my door. Then without asking me place a new one in and completely removed the lock.
Tech ran off as I asked him exactly what the prices were for. Not to mention he continued to harass my girlfriend the whole time. This area is a rip off and not worth your time.

Scam! Their website price listing shows that a service call costs $29 dollars. They don't inform you ahead of time that they will bill you for a service call and also for"labor," that will be some composed price also not listed on the website and not divulged over the phone or in person. When I called to talk to the supervisor, I yelled at because I asked to get a business address or email and was hung up on several occasions. Guess they do not believe in having one...I wonder why.

Crooks, Cheaters, Swindlers!!!!!!!!! Do not use them! They couldn't open a single door and intentionally broke my lock telling me it is the only way I could get in the house (I am out at 1:30 in the morning freezing to death). I said"no", so that he said"ok, only $218". He then began selling me a brand new lock for $189!!!!!!! I said"no", so that he said"ok, just so my boss doesn't understand, I'll do it for $89, but it's involving us". I said"no more". I took my dog out and couldn't get back because the lock was destroyed and the key did not work. I called and within 10 minutes he shifted the whole thing and the entire lock cost me another $120. He explained the guy broke it to sell me a brand new one and that the lock I was the lock. I called them 4 times, was told that the boss will call me back in 15 minutes, but never got a call back. I am taking them to get my money back. Do not use these crooks!!!!!!!!

Customer support. I HATE DISHONEST BUSINESSES. Clarified when I hire them the support fee of $29 is waived. She told me they will be here in 10 minutes. The man arrived. So I named the company & I had been given a discount. This man Speaks little English, CHARGED ME $120 PLUS $29 SERVICE FEE to unlock a knob lock. Their website lent me $65 fee I was charged with another company. I told him that the service fee was supposed to be waived, etc, we argued, I told him to leave & called another company to unlock my property. He stood there saying he did not understand what the co told me and took 10 min to him to leave. I had to walk away fr him & told him I'll call the police if he doesn't leave. I was called by the company and provide to unlock my door knob. I told her I don't want him back . I would rather pay to perform a job for me than get a deal that is free from dishonest people.

They offered me $100 on the telephone to get labor and the service to get me back. I waited an hour for them to show up, then after they opened the door. There was nothing I could do, so I paid it. They didn't replace locks or anything, only till it started, jiggled my doorknob. You ought to know that these people will rip you off...

Fixed and substituted my mailbox lock two new sets of keys for a reasonable price. I looked at vendors and Pro was one of the most. David was also polite and very nice.

Serviceman was communicative about his coming time. When he arrived, he did all he couldn't to drill the lock on my door . He opened my door and worked some magic. Service was very friendly and he gave us a bottled water out of his car.

Wow, at a situation that is bad, a Molehill can be turned by this corporation to a Mountain! I looked up auto keys . The key wit before he passed away a processor for the car my ex left me got lost. Handling the vehicle has been hard since he only passes in October 2018 suddenly and the grief h.g as been overpowering, s ou this car has actually been the last thing on my mind. As I said I phoned and was told someone is to my home within 15 minutes. When they came they would call. I had been told the price and advised to answer call since they'd be at my house. I get a call and the guy tells me he will arrive within two hours. I told him what I had been told from the girl I spoke also. He said if it's an emergency I will attempt to get there faster, did not h.g ey telk y ou u it c ou st? I told him t h.g ey d ou d and I couldn't wa ou t that long, I have strategies and just set it up beca ut se woman told me 15 minutes. The guy said he'd call the business and attempt to find someone closer, then call me . Another 15 minutes the other man called,"you require locksmith, I encounter 40 minutes" I told him I was leaving, repeated the exact same information I told the last guy. I told this guy I would just call anot h.g er afternoon beca ut se that I wouldn't have made the attempt if the girl the girl did not give me this time frame and the website says quick service and 4.6 stars. He explained call anytime. Ever since that call 4 more locksmith's from that exact same firm keep calling me,"You need Locksmith?" . I asked them to please quit having multiple locksmiths call me at random and called the company. Crazy, not just that but the locksmith's don't understand English and get an attitude with me when I stated why are calling me to get one thing that I dealt with. One guy called me two and started crying. I will never use this business, unprofessional a nbn d rude. Don't think what they say about deadline not true. Crazy place!
