Super Shady business practicesI had my wife call to get a simple rekey of all of the exact same brand and version locks gave them both the model and brand of all locks request a simple quote. They said they cannot give quotations until they assessed what's needed and have pushed out. I really do know that if I had a lock which is not the case. I am sorry but that is a scam to charge you for a service call how far it will cost.

The lock took a total of 4 MINUTES to start.
Yes. I locked my keys in the home. Yes. I needed service. I didn't think I would be ripped off like that.
10 minutes later the tech called to inform me he was on his way. The first words out of his mouth was that it was likely to become a $120 charge. They dropped the service telephone that was 19. The tech said it was because of it being Sunday - it's Saturday.
I called back to ask why they inform $29 to clients. The girl informed me that she doesn't actually have any idea of the cost. She explained that the beginning price that was 29 is what she's told to inform people. At no time was I told that the technician gets to set the price.
I locked myself out of my house. I searched for locksmiths in the area and chose this business because of it being a small company in my own neighborhood. I phoned and explained it should not take long and was a lock. The girl on the phone said that the price was a 19 service telephone with labour beginning at $29.00. I requested service.
Before calling this provider think twice.
