I've been likely to Mark for decades and he did a ideal job with my car keys at the right cost. I highly suggest this locksmith.

Finally I did a quick map search for locksmith and got these folks... get there, friendly greet... gentleman named Mark says he could have it completed within an hour or two for a very reasonable cost...
. .Believe you personally it absolutely is not as I take time for Yelp inspection only for Godawful experience or Super experience
Just needed keys made for a simple lock from a sliding glass door.... Called around couple places in Glendale... they all seemed as if they were attempting to just charge more by pushing their cellular service on me... then I decided go to Home Depot and also the individual at the department could also been someone off the road just working for the moment...
Straight forward friendly professional with a fair demeanor... What more could one ask for... actually! . .If ever I neeed lock service of any kind this would be my ONLY goto... as it should most certainly be yours

I'd know if the key replicate I was asking for was obscure, but it had been a Y13 key sterile. I can tell you that this can be like a restaurant not having any napkins, and worked in a lock shop a few years past.
I would suggest any other locksmith.
A bit bummed with my expertise at L.A. Locksmith Supply. I walked in asking for a copy for a file cabinet key and without even checking to determine whether they had the key sterile in stock, they turned me away into a different locksmith (Leonard's Lock & Key on Magnolia).

I guess the old man, (whom I did business with for several years and was a real class act) retired and left his child accountable. Thats a pity. Came in to get some'and the man treated me like I was asking for some sort of things instead of fundamental easily available and common location tools. If he doesnt feel comfortable selling locksmith tools to non-professionals I get it. Though never in my entire life have I met a more rude, dismissive and condescending person in a company setting. Whatever your locksmith needs are, I suggest choosing among the many other locksmiths.

The worst customer service Very road and pushy
The old man is missed by us
Very bad customer support.

Do do there
The young.... Man is your worsttt!
Stay away

Mark the proprietor very devoted to his craft literally the only location. The centre is very welcoming and the atmosphere is also inviting

Because the kid took over, this place is a joke that is complete. The old guy was down to earth and very nice. As you can tell by reading the reviews that the client support is a disaster and the values have changed. The area was running. Won't bring any business and would suggest others to do the same.

I have been customizing a 1970 Airstream trailer and have used this location to make keys for me. The first time I had been a customer to use them . The second time, they fabricated a custom peice for the main door lock mechanism. Their prices are more than realistic, and they're friendly. It has been challenging to find individuals ready to go the extra inch to get custom work, but these guys are fantastic.

I took a key that I bought on eBay. They did an outstanding job of programming it, though I didn't buy it there. A fraction of the cost of the dealer and they did it on the spot. The dealer wanted me to leave the car with them for the day.

I had a important copy made here which could not be made at the Home Depot because the machine did not have the"program" Service was quick and efficient from the man who helped me at the counter. A charmingly lovely woman was working at this particular locksmith that was a surprise. Do not have a chance to chat with her besides a resounding"bless you" but hey dreams are produced by Disney and Yelp messages everyday...;--RRB- Highly recommend this place!

I had been recommended to visit the institution but the guy working there did not care and was greedy and so rude! He blatantly did not tell me in the end desired $20, and how much it would cost to sauder two wires on my gate distant! I might have purchased a brand new remote! And then to expect to get paid over that cost? What a joke! This institution and proprietor deserve a (minus) -5 stars! Shame on them for having a mindset in addition to all and ripping off people. I am totally disgusted!

Mark the owner is the man. I and Mark had a request for antique skeleton keys and a wall filled with them, respectively. He took the time to help me though the sales was just $10. Not certain why the reviews were bad.

I am just moving to a different house and locked myself out quite early in the morning without my cell phone.... Somebody in the seven eleven told me there was a locksmith nearby.... Marc was valuable and gave me service.
Coulndt have asked for a more agreeable experienced - I had been stressed to the max! Thanks Marc

He made a duplicate/cut/program for a pre 2005 Honda in almost no time, and didn't pretend that is its a huge deal like some locksmiths. Even though the purchase price of car keys are ridiculous everywhere generally, they were relatively very fair.
Not sure about bicycles, for they support and also sell there, but the owner, I presume, knew his stuff and was instructing another young guy how to cut keys more correctly. That's nice.

This owner was rude, disrespectful and had service. I will not recommend him . Do not visit him. He Keys Do Not WORK!!!!

I know this place for more than 20 years.
I wound up going to Key Burbank Lock & on Victory.
His father was a great guy, I really miss him.
To hear him speak is your first clue, he seems like a used car salesman. No sense of humor, and humor goes indicating he isn't very bright.
It had been run buy a guy with one arm, the father. It's currently run by the son.

I opted to take my company rather than purchasing online and today I wish I had not. I bought a switch lock garage door opener which stopped working in a few days ($27). The part that was rear had popped off thus no sign went to open it. He suggested that I broke it. The lock is comparable to that of a file cabinet. These guys don't stand by what they promote. Ill visit Burbank Locksmith down the road next time.

I've been going to this place for many years in the place on San Fernando and it's always been a good experience. The place on Alameda is co-located and much more convenient using a bike shop like in the past. They had the exact copy of my dying garage remote (no weird( possibly suggestive universals) and I had been out of there in a short moment. Because they have some bikes that are cool, it is a good thing too and I do not need the temptation.

I introduced in an unusual lock I purchased. Had no key and its own designed wouldn't allow the cylinder to be rekeyed. But Marc took care of it. He told me my choices and must work. Quick and cost. I highly recommend.

Really stepped up to help me with a really challenging key. Once you can go the men why go to a box shop to get a secret that provide locksmiths? This place is my go to for keys that get the job done.
