Don's Lock Crew

I called office to ask about pricing the evening of service 6/23 and was told to call from the a.m to speak with a manager. I called and was told you would phone me back. Called again 6/25 so I hung up and was put on hold for more than 10 mins. Called again on Friday 6/26 was told someone would get me back and explained my narrative AGAIN. I asked for a time frame was told within 24/48 hrs.
The technician came and opened my car in under 2 minutes. I asked if the job was quick, why the $229 cost. He proceeded to tell me"well a number of those cars require more work, such as going through the back." This wasn't true for my automobile. He tried to push at lock fail then the handle - receptive tried!
Fast forward to July 5th called back again and was told a supervisor would call me back. The lack of customer service is crazy. Fast to take the job, but once there is an issue no one has had the frequent courtesy to help.
The initial customer service was great as far as this technician's timing. The problem came once I contested pricing. I was told pricing starts and goes up based upon difficulty of the job.
