Cousin's Kiosk & Engraving

This is so nice and helpful. I brought in three chains to get new batteries and they have been performed in 10 minutes. They have really cool layouts that are key so the next time I need a backup, I am definitely coming back! 10/10 recommend!

I arrived to have keys made for my own mother. We didn't know when we moved that Cousins also works together with watches therefore had her view batteries changed and bands shortened as well. The owner was so patient and kind with my mother, (and other clients as well) I shall only use Cousins for my upcoming key, watch (and tool and knife sharpening) needs. Thanks excellent customer services, for such found.

I can't begin to say how thankful and happy I am with Cousins! They made my sisters key so amazing! I bought a secret for my sisters 21st birthday from NZ but little to my surprise they could not engrave it with her name. Saturday the secret came and I spent all weekend phoning shops to San Jose out of Oakland but everybody kept turning me down. They said because it was not their product it couldn't be engraved by them, a few turned it down because of a few and the size charged amounts to engrave it with birthday and her name. I predicted cousins with no expectation and at last someone took on the battle! Cousins asked a couple of questions, answered the telephone politely and told me to bring in the Monday morning that was key. He said it and quantified the secret but he'd try. He asked when I needed it, the message to engrave, the font said he'd let me know whenever the next day if he could do it. I got a text tuesday morning. I can't explain how simple the process was how amazing the final product came out. We are thrilled to present this key for my baby sister this weekend and it is thanks to cousins for taking my very last min order and producing everything a cinch!

I'd come here to get my own mill brand watches sized. I take care of my watches, and from my experience, he does not handle people's jewelry or possessions . When asked simple questions, he was also quite rude, and I felt like I had been irritating him. I could not see exactly what he was doing behind the counter as to supervise his work. I waited worriedly behind this counter as a result of my hearing of banging from the background. After he was finished, I gave him $10 and abandoned briefly. I come to view scratches on the watch case along with the bracelet. I will not come here again. Today I have to buff them out.

Quality of work and customer service equally deserve 5 stars! I had a box engraved here as a gift for my mother's birthday and it turned out beautifully. They have a lot of fonts to select from and the pricing is very affordable. I will return for my engraving needs!

I will absolutely be back ! I wanted an cutting board for a holiday gift. The owner moved out of his way to be certain he had what I needed, and may get it when I needed it.
He went above and beyond with customer service, and the board came out looking great.

He is always so nice, although I am not sure of this guys name. I have gotten keys copied from him once before that and my recent time has been a great experience because he was helpful, kind and quickly. I had a brand new set of keys in no time.
I brought him the secret the next day and he copied it that I can put on an integral ring. He allowed me to take it and see if it worked before having it is paid for by me. It did! Then I got a second backup and compensated for the two keys. Again, he had been kind, efficient and fast. Thank you! My mother and I appreciate it.
This latest time however, I stopped by in hopes he could replicate a mailbox that was very small for my mother because she was tired of men and women in the house. She'd gone to ACE Lowe's and hardware store to see whether they could get it done and they couldn't. I proposed going to Cousins Kiosk. He said there was about an 80% chance he could replicate the secret based on just an image of it.

Cousin's has been my go to for watch battery replacement and copying for years. Which are always professional, efficient and quick. They do now!

I had my leather pocket. The result was great and the turnaround time and cost were reasonable. I would suggest them.

I went to a few areas in Martinez (where I moved to) and no one had the keys which I needed to cut! Walnut Creek was driven to by me because I understood Cousins would be able to make it happen. The locks I have at my cottage are very old so I needed to discover an expert. This place cut them in under 10 minutes and had the proper keys! It was good support and a excellent price.
This place has been around and the reliability is the reason why. We've been getting keys.

Here is the place! I swear my knives are somewhat more expensive compared to when they were new and they do a great job engraving all kinds of things. They do copy keys and watch batteries . They are very quick, friendly and very reasonable. We've been here multiple these things for all and never been disappointed. I urge them.

I had been for quite a special kind of engraving in 2 stainless steel dog tags for around a half, shop every where, jewelry shops, malls, decoration stores and everyone providing me numbers that are ridiculous. This was significant for me cause one label was to memorialized my son that passed away, and another for my army retirement which happened in precisely the exact same year. There was a good deal of lettering but this will stay for quite a while with me. While leaving a trophy shop in Walnut Creek chose to google engraving an additional time and came out with Cousin's Kiosk & Engraving, fulfilled Angelo and explain my situation, and believe me, Angelo took time and effort with me. Now is a day to tell Angelo that no one could do a much better job!

The end result was amazing!
Wow- what there is a professional Angelo. I contacted him in the morning, '' he responded within an hour and he obtained what I had done less than 24 hours. Nice guy and I will certainly use him again.

As keys, you're better off save yourself money, and go to next door Safeway using their making kiosk that is automated, or even at Ace Hardware.
Do not take your item to be engraved here! I don't mind the hours are irregular (do not believe the hours recorded ) or the prices are much greater than online prices, but I'm still angry about an easy, removable name tag (automated laser) engraving job on a perpetual plaque. It has been pass within families for the last 27 years and it is the title to be laser engraved. Unfortunately, Angelo did not use the correct size screwdriver (I needed to correct the plaque later at home because it was put back on crooked) using the title tag and badly scraped the tag in 2 areas, then he attempted to conceal the mistakes poorly with black Sharpee marker. Instead offering a replacement black title tag (that's why I visit such engraving place where there should be lots of spare parts) and do the work again properly, he offered $10 off for me to drift away, only after I grabbed him of his dishonesty. On the other hand, the harm to the heirloom is done.

Came in to receive a duplicate of my own Honda key. I brought my own blank key with me and that I was happy to cut it. He fast and precise. In addition, he told me not to worry it will adapt to the cylinder that was key and if it appears to be sticky at first. He was polite and quite knowledgeable. Suggest Getty keys copied and cut from this place.

I had a engraving petition and the owner had been understanding that he consented to go out of his way to complete the job in less than 24 hrs! Though it was a busy time . He did a great job and would highly recommend him.

These guys are Efficient, quick, inexpensive and friendly! Highly recommended. It took less than 2 minutes for them to copy my key and it just

I can not rave enough about Kathy and Angelo are nice friendly, approachable, reliable and go out of their way to make their clients returning and content! I am a local high school teacher and have got SEVERAL small plaques, perpetual plaques, along with other various awards from them all engraved and the quality is beautiful, the price is appropriate and they operate so easily via email, there has been a mistake! I value their attention and attention I am treated by them like family and I will return for more awards. I come every time getting, for three of my apps I run to them with how simple the trades are, and I am always impressed! Thank you Angelo and Kathykeep it up! You create Walnut Creek a better location!

I was truly impressed by what an amazing job they did and brought my kitchen knives for sharpening. My old knives were like new again! Ever since that time receive a battery for my watch and I have returned to have keys replicated. Every time I've seen they provided a high degree of support and treated me. You can bet I will be back, see you shortly Cousin's!

Arrived here to get our groomsmen gifts and found this location on Yelp engraved. We were assisted by david and was super helpful. They could complete the job same day for a price that is reasonable. Would definitely use them again if needed.
