Best locksmith in the city. I've been going to Balport for more than ten decades. Thank you to the two Bobs, Mike, Mike Jr., and Ryan. We have a business account. They are quick, efficient and a pleasure!

If you'd like a locksmith use Balport. They are reasonably priced and dependable. I had them change my locks and was more than pleased.

Had a secure with a lock. I called and managed to bring in the secure - and while it needed to be broken - they had been quick and receptive and explained exactly what they were doing. Fantastic customer service!

I want to give a huge for helping me get since we bought the home that we haven't used. We had the mix changed. His mix instructions were not clear, therefore Ryan came by and showed me how to enter the safe. Ryan pointed out we would NOT have to drill and how well built this safe is, although we were concerned that we might need to take extreme steps!
So now we've got a functioning safe and we could not be happier. HUGE props to Ryan for a job well done. Oh and did I say he is a great man!

Only had Ryan over to re-key some locks and the work was completed by him very fast. He also provided information. He conducted himself and had been friendly. We will surely be return customers. Thank you, Ryan!

I won't recommend this shop to anyone. Sad as it was a shop that is dependable and good.
Was recommended by an auto dealership to have a key made at Balport. I attracted the key blank that was expensive into the store. 20 minutes past the appointment time the key cutter showed up. Within 2 minutes he destroyed key sterile by mis-cutting the key. He did not apologize for their screwup and asked what I needed to perform. I requested that he replace the blank and call me back when they had obtained it. Two weeks afterwards with no immediate upgrades and communication, I returned to find the key. I obtained discourteous and behaviour that was chilly . As he struggled with their machines, he began cursing. Realizing he had been about to butcher a different key, I inquired if they had the capability to create such a key. It was obvious they did not. I inquired for the sterile back and said as it was clear they would destroy another sterile, I'd take it everywhere. They did not apologize for their inability to decrease the key. Prior to leaving, I asked to talk to the owner who had been to examine their difficulties. The owner wouldn't meet with me and blew me off personally.
I drove down the road to Automobile Authority Lock and Key on Harbor Blvd.. They were extremely knowledgable and provided me the exact code for the vehicle. The key is cheerfully cut on by them and it functions.

I have been a client over 10 years with Balport. These men are just the best. Ryan is a good guy! Had a question about my bill and also the owner called me and made a modification that we agreed upon. I was totally impressed. If you call them, these men are competent, you will not be let down.

The title says it all; locks, safes, and other goods that are key-related, and no frills. Keys while you wait! Look no further, if you are wondering where you buy those fake stone which hide your spare house key. So that your keys won't sink into the bottom of the harbor Want a keychain? This is your place. My only complaint was that I wanted more colour options but I'll survive!

I went to this shop right when they started. I needed to replicate keys and the staff were prompt efficient and pleasant. Because it is by the water, parking can be crucial. Approximately $3 to get keys replicated and or substituted.

This is my go place when I want to get a ball key. They appear to get a sterile except for newer Subaru's under the sun, for everything. They tried 3 times to produce a secret but would not take my money since they were not profitable.

Total homies. Great choice of classic and collectible safes. Cheap, Quick. If you are in Costa or Newport Mesa hit up them.

I had along with Michael and Barbara were so awesome. They let me vent to them the way the Land Rover dealership screwed up everything and then they faxed the paper work, contacted the cab and also cut the key. I have all of the thanks in the world to Balport although two new keys, no thanks to Land Rover. You guys Rock!!!

Above and beyond. Ryan came now to substitute a few locks and that he did a superb job. Additionally some locks were strengthened by him by categorizing them deeper in the door frames and replacing screws. It is rare nowadays to find such support. Thank you Ryan and Balport!

Customer Service at its' finest! They would like you to be happy and do anything it takes. The secrets I cut have always functioned. . Year after year and they do work from Ace or Home Depot. This is the place to go when you want to be certain things work right! Plus they stand behind their own work. FIVE STARS!!! If I could I'd give SIX!
