Don's gave me for that which was changing a single lock, a very fair quote. Although it was not an emergency, I purchased same day service- and a call from dispatch when the locksmith had been 10 minutes out. A very nice touch! When he came, Jesse was courteous, professional, and went over and beyond. Noticing that there were he took the time to clarify what was then repaired and wrong. Since he needed to take it all apart anyhow he charged me for no extra labor and one part. That sort of ownership by a field worker is what earns my loyalty. It proves that the company owners place their clients before earning small additional benefit, but they make an employee environment where associates are trusted and empowered to do the right thing. No surprise to me that Jesse was for 16 years with Don's. Great to know I can depend on Don's in the future.

Got a lock. The woman's in the rear office. Finally one of those men in the parking lot came in to assist me. The woman at work went off . Yelled in the guy helping me"Get over yourself". I had my kids with me, they have scared.

The guy who rekeyed my lock was friendly. I think he's the operator. If his workers knowledgeable and we as friendly. That is why they got not 1 Star and two.
While I'm waiting a technician came inside and needed to help another customer from McDonalds. He needed a copy created. The tech was rude to the McDonalds guy and insisted that they don't have those blanks. Following MD dude pointed out that they left this crucial for him. The technician said"I'm 100% confident we don't create these here. Go someplace else!" He was rude. The MD dude insisted and the elusive back room woman came outside to grace us with her presence, and obtained him the key.

Good service and quick. Very much appreciated their experience in making copies of my unconventional key.

I am beyond and above satisfied with the support I recieved from Don's locksmith. I had a car key and there was no way I could wait 1 or 2 days. Out of the other locksmiths I called Don's was and in an hour I had my secret. The Tech also threw into a enormous senior discount. He had my best interest in mind and did not just see me dollar signs such as most do. You know where I am coming from if you're elderly or a girl. All in all I'm totally HAPPY with the support I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs to be treated fairly and quick service and I recieved from Don's locksmith.

$150.00 One Hundred and FIFTY dollars. Utterly ridiculous.
I had them come out to have a look at a protected. They changed the combination for me, took all of 2 minutes. Mind you I live 5 minutes.
Suffice to say I am pleased.

Called, quoted priced, drove over and had a secret fob. They possess a store that is clean, attractive and have been professional. Good experience.

Desired keys replicated for a house I just purchased in Hollywood. I called Dons to compare their prices with these self operating. Dons prices are much less expensive and you're treated with great customer services. I will be moving back. Just wished they'd a Los Angeles location.

I have desired Don's to repair plenty of locks round the building, make keys, and change locks and work in the maintenance department in a hotel in Riverside. Have gone there plenty of times, and they have a 100% success rate with our difficulties. Good people, great prices, and good service.

After locking the key called AAA. "High Security" vehicles also that the price could be $250 of that they would cove $100. So my out of pocket cost could be $150. Don's lock and key phoned me after being c ntacted from AAA and also asked a few questions about the automobile and told me that this info could make the technicians visit go. FASTER are the underestimate of this year. The technology (I think it was Don himself!) Showed up over the hour with a"Secret" key (Vette owners will know what I'm referring to) opened my automobile at another and had me in my way. Old school service in a fair, covered by triple A price. Thank you for the Excellent SERVICE.

Last Friday we abandoned our home until we found my husband to drive to a restaurant and I both thought the other had the Fob for our vehicle. Unfortunately our home key was on the ring together with our vehicle Fob-and and key it was secured within our house!At the weather was warm. We learned it might take an hour before anyone would be able to help us and phoned AAA. Luckily Angel had our doorway in moments and arrived, and we could recover our home and vehicle keys. We made it to a restaurant. Angel was very professional and efficient. We were on our way with a minimum delay.

I had a terrific encounter with Don's. I needed a new key since I dropped my key programmed and cut. I called around a great deal of places and quite a few are not able to cut at a key to my much less program it. Angel did an wonderful job programming and making a challenging key. These are the guys to go to In case you have any needs that are key. Very knowledgeable personnel and super friendly. I would suggest Don's to everybody for any of your needs that are locksmith!

Don's Key and Lock made a Secret for my Jeep. They did an superb job and its price was fair. I also had some keys made and they worked. I would go back.

Man, prompt service couldn't solve the issue with the door lock. Said he's get back to me personally, but haven't heard something. I have contacted the maker of the doorway and solve this dilemma.

Great customer support, These guys saved my life dropped the key to my truck had someone else work on this and they awakened my ignition. Called dons they came right out mended the mess the guy created and cut me a new key. Complete life saver recommend their services to anyone and will use them again

Had an excellent experience with this locksmith. They substituted the locks on garage and my door. The job was performed well, the costs were reasonable, the people were friendly. The guy that did the job at my place was"Buddy" and he had been really friendly and answered all of my queries allowing me to make informed decisions! I highly recommend!

Please call these folks there are others, people that are shady and very scary. Might change your locks and break in the day type. Be cautious all.

I bought a used car that came with an after market remote and 1 key that barley functions. I bought a new blank key & remote (OEM parts) online and need to take the car to a trader or locksmith to plan. I got a call back within an hourso was happy about that. The costs, however, don't seem much cheaper than visiting a trader. Hmm, not sure which way I'll go at this point, but I was happy to have a call.
NOTE: The company I bought the parts from advised that locksmiths should be a lot cheaper than the dealer. I guess I want to shop around a bit before I decide.

Addendum: I find that other people have rated the service highly. Maybe it was. I hope to be treated with respect and dignity when in a situation that is very nerve-wracking, and that I believed that I was not.
I was quite disappointed in this support. I called AAA for help, also accidentally locked my home keys in the home another day. The tech that came to my home would not tell me his name when I asked and never introduced himself. I got the distinct impression that he thought I was a stupid woman that locked myself from my home (I hold 2 masters degrees, so I am far from ignorant). He then charged me $100 for 30 seconds of work. If that ever happens to me or if anyone ever asks, I wouldn't recommend Don's Lock and Key.
