This place is unbelievable! I explained that I had a lock that wasn't functioning because the door hadn't been utilized in about 7 years and called. Additionally, I told them I had a couple of keys cut. The tech did show up. He takes the cover off the lock and immediately tells me that I want to buy a $280 replacement component. I requested him to spray the mechanics with WD-40. . .AND GUESS WHAT??? The lock functions. Then I am told by the tech keys can't cut. I explained this was for, I specifically advised that the individual who answered the phone that I had a couple of keys created. He says than 15 can not cut. I ask him"How many is a few?" He says a few is at least 15. If this company was honest and told me that they do not or will not cut on a couple of keys on site, I'd have simply called someone else. We might have skipped this infuriating experience. Completely dishonest. . .use somebody else.
My daughter lost her keys and was stuck at a parking lot. After contacting AAA who were unable to find we picked Lock n More rather randomly, who consented to come out right away! The amount of professionalism and competency displayed by their tech Daniel was remarkable to say the least. I would highly recommend this company

These guys are great! Where I wanted my car, I locked my keys inside the vehicle and had to depart for a trip. They came within 20 minutes and it took about another 10-15 minutes to get into my vehicle. Very efficient and professional. No harm has been done to my vehicle. I'd certainly use them again!
Best locksmith/dup key manufacturer ever! Made me 3 keys about 3 minutes and even did it totally free of charge because I just moved into the region and said if there's any problems with the keys, then he will push and fix it himself. Would suggest any day! Fantastic customer services. Made my afternoon. :)
Terrific service! Had a dreadful night and those guys saved my life! Do not know what I would have done without them. Lost my car keys thank goodness for Ben and Joey!!! Would use them again in a heart beat.
I previously wrote a bad experience but they negotiated a charge of $150 for the adjustment on the price they quoted me at the time of my service, and so I took it down. After hitting out to them a few times that was now and mid-July no credit, I got no call backs. This company isn't to be trusted was since the lock got stuck andn't turned to find another locksmith was a mission. They told me they would be at my house but when I got home there was no locksmith, and so I called and they said they would call him. The same guy who did the first work and says that he couldn't come out if it could wait till tomorrow and because he was out of the country. I work all day so that was not an alternative. After 5 minutes of that call, I am called by another locksmith and said he'd come out that night because he was told to by the business to do the job. He arrived and replaced it did a dreadful job. I'll never ever recommend this business.
