#1 Honest Plumber

He is a great plumber professional and educated. After the issue was explained by him he proceeded to unclog the drain! He cleaned up the debris in the garden which came out of their pipes, and also took good care to protect our crops and pavers! He exceeded my expectations.
Eddie is the best. He deserves.
Before finding Eddie on Yelp this afternoon, my husband and I tried everything to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink ourselves, including removing the P-trap (and found nothing), snaking the plumbing, and even, drano. I yelped for assistance and eventually had enough.
If you need a plumber call him. I wish I did!
Eddie came within 15 minutes of my phone and the problem was fixed by him . I really don't like to overuse the term"miracle worker" but after 2 weeks of living without a kitchen sink that didn't wish to get fixed, that is the way I choose to explain him.

The title sums up it. Eddie is honest, personable, educated, and kind. I had a clogged tub drain and known as Eddie on Monday. He came over even though he was between projects had an hour break, came from Sunnyvale to Los Gatos, and was reserved before Wednesday. He unclogged the drain and then gave me advice about my tub faucet and on what plug to buy. He's a gem of a plumber and a person! I've got another job to fix a showerhead which will take more time to complete, and that I will definitely call Eddie for that job. Call himyou won't be disappointed! *

Eddie is great! Our home had a toilet drain issue and it's been ongoing for 4 weeks now. We had different plumbers and no one got the problem fixed. One said, we must replace the toilet, one said we dont have the ideal equipment, and one could not find the matter. 1 hour was spent by eddie and we've got a working toilet again! Eddie is honest! He tried to talk me thru fixing my kitchen disposal over the telephone at no cost. He then told me the tool I needed to buy at Home Depot to mend it for $6. Then, since he was not far away, he had in functioning in two minutes and consented to stop by. He was out the door without asking for a dime before I knew it. I had to chase after him to give him $20 for his trouble and I feel as though I cheated him.

Ed is seriously nice! He was not able to develop a booked schedule, however, he said to give him a call if I had any questions. My issue was discussed by us, and I did and he gave me some advice. He said if I did not locate somebody he'd have time then, but he knew that I might want to clear up our plumbing issue .

The HOA ended up fixing the matter. It had been deep inside the building, and it was gnarly. (Black gunk sprayed out of a release point and completely soiled the industrial plumber.)

I hired Eddie of #1 Honest Plumber to unclog a kitchen drain. I really could tell Eddie be cost-effective from the first call and will be honest. The telephone was picked up by him unlike a lot of plumbers which use call representatives who do not have domain experience. Eddie gave me Once I clarified the matter.
Eddie arrived in my home. He inspected my kitchen drain and used a 50-ft snake, the very best tool for your job. This didn't solve the matter. Eddie said that the clog was inside the condo construction, not in my own unit, and recommended I work with my HOA. Because he couldn't solve my problem a dime did not charge.

Had an issue with my bathroom shower and had it repaired immediately. Called and received a quote immediately and scheduled an appointment. Eddie was able to come and fix the water issue for my bathroom I predicted and actually found my ways that were different to reduce my water use to lower my monthly water charge!
Eddie was quick at responding and effective. He didn't need to move over by showing different methods to me however he did. Goes to show because you understand he cares about the planet, climate change is real and all. . .cough cough. And we savin pennies out here in the college life that is broke so win win, saving money along with my pipes issues are fixed!

Two issues handled by this Business I wish that they were idea about the customers or honest!
Issue 1 -
He didn't have the courtesy advise that this was the case on the best way to block the leakage even if temporarily, or some other options or to consider. That is the least he might have done. I had been on what could be done in order to stop the leak in a panic. I eliminated the shower head, redirected the water to the shower head and capped it.
Issue 2 - leaky bath faucet. Three calls. First time, the person said he desired parts and will purchase it and return. He never came back. Another person came, this time together with part that was incorrect. Third Ed came and attempted to fix it time, but made the problem worse by milling the existing valve and left stating that it wasn't fixable. The valve needed to be substituted and desired tile to be cut and he didn't have enough time. This could have been fine, if not for the fact that today the water dripped heavily.

Three calls(first telephone and 2 recalls) from this place to attend to the exact same issue. Bath tub. Three people from the company doing the exact same thing. They pulled out a little hair, shot a screwdriver and said my problem was solved. Said I should do regular cleanup. Following American Home Shield delegated a different vendor Superior Plumbing, they affirmed that the HONEST Plumbers had broken the stopper. It had to be fixed opening the P trap by going into the crawl area and cleaning out the stopper that is broken. Can't know why three technicians from this company would not once solve the issue, don't have terrible attitude, lack the skills or are having everyday.

Ed was very helpful in repairing our bathroom escape and he did a great job. Would recommend him constantly.

I overpaid with a check and Ed was kind enough to fall the overage off into my house. The cash was discovered by me . We need more people. Hardworking and trustworthy!

Ed is the very best plummer ever. We are living in Redwood City and that I called him following a flood in our kitchen yesterday around 3:45. In other words, until we discovered Ed. Using what I can only describe as voodoo magic, he was able to snake the blockage and make our kitchen pipes draining. He explained what he was doing during the process, and he was kind enough to provide us a few pointers on how to maintain the kitchen pipes afterwards.
Ed was a godsend. Our kitchen sink was not draining and we had plumbers come out to take a look at the matter. No one was able to snake out the blockage and we had been told we would have to replace the kitchen pipes due to the amount of grease that had gathered over several decades.

Got his guys over am to diagnose what seeped all the way to the room and was be a leaking dishwasher which soaked the subfloor. Wow. What was a bubbling toilet if the washing system emptied could have become tragedy for both houses had Ed not come to our rescue, to a Saturday afternoon during that. Just wow. I've had luck with pipes at the bay until meeting Ed. I had and it is shown by the plumbing. Ed managed to detect my duplex was sharing an outbound waste line . After years of neglect and bad"flushing habits" of the previous owners, things have been a mess. Even the town had be called into help with this day.
