There was some problem with scheduling my occupation in the office which left me stuck waiting hours in the home....my telephone messages required a long time to be returned.
The standpipe leaked and the drain pipework was corroded and old.
I had some help in my home in Sunnyvale with the laundry drain.
- cut the broken iron pipework from the wall out and replaced with ABS fittings to get things back working again.

Mike plumbed our aquaasana water filter system and arrived in our home. Mike not only did an excellent job installing the machine but also advocated a bypass If we wanted to bypass the filter during any maintenance function on the filtration system. The machine turned out better than I had expected. Thank you Mike. !!

Larry and mike are excellent. We had a tricky situation in which the fire for our water heater could move out. The first time they came out they could not replicate the issue and they didn't charge us. They squeezed us into their busy schedule later and was able to address and replaced. In case you have all kinds of heater or pipes issues give them a call bc!

I would highly recommend A&A Plumbing. Dominque managed to schedule an appointment in a day. She sent Rosendo to do the job. What a fantastic job he eliminating the bathroom and did installing a new bathroom. I had been impressed with him all of the way around.
I highly recommend him and I plan to recommend him and the company to anyone I know who wants plumbing services.

But about a month later, the brand new thermostat (non-programmable, manual kind ) decided to stop'clicking' to turn on the heater. We were still under guarantee and I called the situation to be explained by A&A Plumbing. A&A Plumbing attempted to see if we could get squeezed in to their busy schedule for the same day or the next. To our surprise, we were able to get help because someone was already in our region and got a call back. Great timing! The issue has been solved and heater works.
Our latest work entailed a wall furnace that needed to have any work done, including a new thermostat. Although it took awhile to acquire the brand new wall furnace part (tech had to purchase it at a different city), the work has been well done.
I suggest A&A plumbing and I will continue to get them.
Overall an excellent experience when things go wrong using heater or plumbing issues. I've used their services for a variety of problems over the years: plumbing, garbage disposal, faucet replacement/repair and wall furnace. Pricing for the work was reasonable.

These guys are customer oriented. I'd Rosendo here to help put in a faucet. When it was in, we discovered the heat tank was leaking. After I had the opportunity to find a replacement 16, he came back. The job he finished was perfect, and the price was fair. Mike --the owner--was here and that he was so accomodating and client focused. This firm is strongly recommended by me.

Fast forward to now, since everything went so well last time, I choose to call them and when my air conditioner needs attention. In the afternoon I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail. I called in the afternoon and still picked up. I called Wednesday and still no one answered the telephone. On Thursday, the phone was answered but I had been told the owner of the company works on air conditioners and he is booked out for the week. Before she could disconnect me, I advised her that it wasn't a crisis for he could come out, and I would not mind scheduling. She proceeded to inform me there was a issue with their computers and would call me back to schedule the ceremony and politely took my information down. Now not or if this was a lie, I sit +24 hours later with no telephone call.
I'm taking my business elsewhere; I'm tired of playing telephone tag with a business who does not want repeat business or my money.
I had used A & A Plumbing earlier when my furnace wasn't working in December. They were one of the only people who could help because we have and everything went smoothly with that interaction.
I have got work so I'll update my review after 16, for next week and I have updated my star review because they were very apologetic and did call back.
Update 2: I think he showed up right in time or a bit early for our appointment which was fantastic. He had a little trouble finding where the condensation should be draining to but finally was very thorough in checking all possiblities and we think he was able to flush any clog there might have been pushing the condensation from the secondary pipe within our front door. Even though it had been hard to receive our call in, I'd probably call this business because the two times the problems were fixed professionally and promptly.

Mike and his staff are professional, efficient and on time. We've used A&A for more than a decade now and they have been comprehensive and truthful. Most recently, now, they arrived later we predicted at the appointed time. They came in and replaced the failed faucet, no issues at all.
Now they might not be the lowest cost alternative but they do the job right the first time and never try and sell you more than you need. I highly recommend A&A Plumbing.

I shoved a broom handle the pipe down under sink hoping that the snake would be diverted by its end when I pushed it under sink 2, but no luck. I also tried putting a shop vac while I sealed pipe up but that did not do anything! Also tried a toilet plunger while we plugged the holes up and drain in the sink that was not being 29, if there was standing water in both sinks. I ran out of ideas!
The invoice was $189 for example a 1 year guarantee. We're very happy with A&A's responsiveness, and Jaime's result. The cost seemed very fair, as it costs $100 these days to get someone simply to visit your house.
Monday morning, we called A&A plumbing at 11:35. Jaime arrived at 1PM. He strove to snake the drain several times, but had the same issue- that the snake reappeared by another sink in the pipe. He had to bend the snake's end to get it to go the pipe down. Once he did so, he dropped a few times and had to go a ways down into the down pipe, but managed to clear the congestion.

Our upstairs ensuite has 2 sinks, and one would drain. It might appear in the other sink In case you poured water to a single. Both traps were eliminated by me, and they had been apparent. Each sink pipe disappears to the wall beneath the sink, which means you cannot access the place where they combine the pipe that is down. We attempted the Home Depot"Grease and Hair Remover" drain cleaner, and vinegar and baking soda, but these made no distinction. I also attempted a drain snake, but because of the bends when I pushed it under sink 1 into a single pipe, it reappeared in the pipe for sink 2 and wouldn't go down the pipe.

This place is a ripoff, our shower is dripping and we called A&A to come and have a look. Larry arrived and it was a little job and took about 10 minutes to replace a tiny part, the bill came out to be near $400 (325+$60 house call). The price is disproportionate to the work. I really don't recommend this place.

Inadequate customer care. Were not educated about the toilet we have. Same 9, Got the payment for the website visit and didn't upgrade their workplace. The clerk does not seem to know how to solve, says it is ok on the telephone but not able to provide receipt. Very poor experience in general! Don't recommend this corporation.

They ended up doing this job for less than I had been quoted by them, and what's working great. My only wish was that I had asked for them to e-mail me a few clips of the drain's camera footage, but I never heard back that petition.

In 2016, I had another plumbing issue: a jolt to my main point, but this demanded with the cleanout converted to a cleanout to be able to properly snake the line. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, I have used these three times and each time was a great success. They looked after a minor plumbing dilemma and also installed an Japanese fashion toilet/bidet a toilet. As I live in an Eichler, the first two were very tricky and Mike did an excellent job. The last was an urgent fix needed to install at dishwasher. They came and fixed it in an hour of my call.

Larry gave a quotation to me to move the laundry room and came over. The sewer, water, gas, and dryer all had to be transferred. They were polite. They had it done in time for the shipping of my new appliances. Andrew found a sewer port not properly vented through the roof that should have been completed by another contractor if we did our remodel. At one point Mike and the rest of his staff all were at the house finishing the occupation up. Fantastic company. I'd suggest them. Nice to find a local company that does good work and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Mike, Larry, Andrew and Isidro! Shout out who was quite pleasant to talk to for scheduling.

Do not waste time to work with these guys that are unreliable.
These guys are very unprofessional. They did not exhibited on their appointment and back the lady informed my supervisor is busy and we might want to reschedule the appointment for other moment if I called. On day appointment nobody showed up and no body picked the telephone up.

We needed a new water heater and if they went through their review for a quote, they noticed that several things were from code. They went over and beyond and brought everything up to signal which the landlord needed to complete. Larry, our tech (within the three-day span due to so much effort ), rerouted the dryer vent to the outside (where it should have been) rather than leaving it at the garage (why it was so moist and drier flying everywhere if doing laundry). He fixed a broken towel rack he noticed in the exact same bathroom. Awesome service and we will call them again if need be. HIGHLY recommend.
Since it was outside his scope of practice our handyman recommended this company to us, and he understands Mike.

My returning pipe of the swimming pool has been leaking. I spent $345 to allow this business check and determine the issue. Then the technician from the firm give the quote that's $1490 to fix a anybody think that it is too expensive to me? The thing is that they charge me another $200 for cutting a root on the very top of the pipe that is leaking. I am quite mad about them. After this adventure, I understood the reason they did so as they are too expensive and charge the client. They got your charge and charge you whatever they wish to. And you can't do anything. Thus, do not give them any business! I did not let them to set the concrete back which should be deduct $200, they ought to charge me $1290, however they still charge me $1490 they did not place back the concrete and they said that $200 is for cutting root.
Thus, do not trust them and don't provide them any company unless they alter.

I Simply had the greatest experience with A&A PLUMBING I will suggest them to my friends but most importantly I hope we give them enough company so that they can continue to service the bay area! : )

P'S there was a discount coupon on their website for water heater install, I didn't use it, they were well worth what they charged.
I can not be thankful and grateful to all of them for for their service.

I called them and followed a recommendation from a neighbor on Next door when my 10 + year plumber did not make time.
Dominique was wonderful! She told me that they were occupied and gave me an appointment a few days later - that I clarified my concern that the tank was sitting and she knew the urgency. She delivered Jaime, who recognized that I had a water heater NOW!
My water heater started leaking and I had been afraid I'd have a disaster and the wood stage it sat would give way!

Mike is punctual, professional and reasonable. So chose to investigate, I found water flow under kitchen sink. The water supply valve had water around. I jut touched it and it came in my hands:-LRB- I had to shut off primary like I can't plug that pipe. Worst it had been weekday and 9:00 PM. I'd taken Mike's help few years back, and he's been recommended in our local mailing list; therefore I called him about 9:45 PM. He came within minutes, although he had been few miles away at home. Mike could have charged premium, but he seemed in the issue and gave a very reasonable quote to repair it. From 10:30 he was done with all the job. I am impressed with Mike's professionalism and work ethics. I'll recommend Mike to my buddies.
