But after Ignacio and Raul turned up, I knew things were going to be nice. They worked all afternoon on Saturday working to get the pipes unblocked, all day Sunday doing cleanup of the cellar and ensuring nothing can leak into there again, then that week have made modifications to the machine, including getting permits and a city inspection for installing a new cleanout on the machine to make sure if we do have another blockage, it will be much easier to repair. They just managed It all.
Ignacio explained everything he was going to have to do at every step, and has charged me a price.

I contacted the town and they showed up, tried to snake with no success. City advised me to get in touch with a plummer to dig up the pipes and change them because the congestion is in my side.
They advised me to contact city since they would not wish to bill me something, when I phoned them about sewer backup.

We busted a water heater late night, on a Saturday night. A friend recommended Magic Plumbing, also Ignacio cheerfully took my phone at 11pm on a Saturday night, and ordered to come out. 10:45 were here first thing Sunday morning, and did him and his helper.
Had I not found Ignacio, I bet I'd have been calling around to other plumbers, trying to find somebody to even speak to me.

Best notch all-around service! I was in need of quick service for my rental property and while all the opponents were providing me week turnaround times, Ignacio was able to arrange for a exact same day visit. They bought the parts, diagnosed the issue, came into my apparatus, and had them installed immediately. It was thoroughly impressed with quickness, friendliness, and professionalism. I called Magic Plumbing Co. since my garbage disposal has been broken for nearly a year and why I didn't get it repaired is because I was quoted so high by a lot of other companies, but that side of the sink was backing up. When I called somebody got to the phone right away and was very polite and was able to accommodate me. When the plumber arrived, on time, he was extremely professional and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I just intended on having the backup repaired, but the plumber let me know that the entire garbage disposal required to be entirely replaced. I asked how much and also the cost he quoted was of what other firms quoted 1/3. I gave him the go ahead and he moved to have a new garbage disposal and came back and installed it in great time.

Our sewer backed up and we called a Roto Rooter firm. Roto Rooter's bid was $695 just to clean the pipes, and $1300 to put in a clean out drain - we promptly sent them in their way as the bidding was way too costly, and contacted Magic Plumbing Co for another opinion due to great YELP reviews. Magic Plumbing Co arrived to clean just $650 and the pipes to put in a fresh drain. What a price difference! They get to work and showed up after our initial call within half an hour.
We're very appreciative of Magic Plumbing Co's instantaneous and affordable work - and Ignacio's professional and friendly attitude. We highly recommend him and his team.

I hired Magic Plumbing for a $ water heater replacement. The day of this job, they did not show up. Went unreturned. This was after reconfirming the appointment the day before, and making the appointment three weeks in advance. What a waste of time.

Same-day service. Though check and I had to phone, arrived within window. Clean and effective repair of bathroom leak. Pricing that is Adequate though not affordable.

Ignacio's man shows up, brings his snake around, runs some water and it . 45-60 minutes after the drain is flowing like a charm! Just charged us HALF of what the previous pipes charged (the person who didn't fix the problem ).

They were phoned by me at the morning, they were there in the hour. We had the drain from hell. We leased an snake to try to do it ourselves. Tried that, no luck. Called another plumber and they came out, conducted their snake, and it broke. Then the next day was come back to by that company and attempted, and no fortune. Blamed it and said we had a re-pipe.

Are a whole lot of good reviews here and one of these was from us. They probably deserve everyone of them IF THEY SHOWED UP. Looking at some of the recent testimonials, it sure seems that we weren't the only household getting the"no show, no telephone, no callback" treatment. Allow this 1-star review be a reminder that their professionalism and credibility isn't what it was and their business will eventually suffer.
They were good and I've recommended them to friends. But, their authenticity has gone from the window. No display, no telephone, without a call again after I left a message. I wasted and waiting around for them not getting my problem solved.

It disturbs me to give such a low score, but I needed to. A few decades back, I had a wonderful experience with them. Following that, I referred them . Have the courtesy. Because of unprofessional people like him, I didn't get my water heater until 6 months later finished. Because he and his team did some years back I held out and waited. I understand ow not to visit this business. Additionally, something odd this time. When I call the telephone number, the phone is not answered by any one . It merely goes to Ignacio's voicemail. There used to be somebody, a staff member, who answered the phone. However, this was.

Ignacio was a plumber that is wonderful and knowledgable. We had a copper pipe job extension completed from the outside exisistng main air copper piping running in our cleanroom. Gave us a solid reasonable quote the very first day he did his walk through. He matched our competitiors price and also and did not charge us. He got the job and began at 9:30 pm!

We were happy he could come outside between 2-3pm and predicted mid-morning on Saturday concerning the obstructed drain. We began calling them messages that were left, 3:10 pm and still have never heard anything back and it's now 6pm. I don't have any idea what happened, but might never touch them.

They need to be receiving too much work because of all of the reviews on yelp. In my opinion there is no excuse for a customer service that is bad, so I won't be returning.
Called and left a message on voicemail. No call back. The day, called again : mailbox was full and wasn't taking any new messages. Three days afterwards and they've never returned the call. Thus which claims to offer a 24hour emergency service.

I received a call and they had been on time. I'd Ruben as the technician and he was fantastic. Very courteous and professional. He had been clean about setting up and cleaning up. In regards to the pipe fix BUT I found them irrational to get the drywall fix which was a inch bit, the business was honest about their price. Decided not to move forward with the end work. Loved the tech service and plumbing work but wish that they had been more reasonable so I do not have to go through another contractor.

Simply speaking, you may be blessed and they finish your work in 1 trip but it if needs.
Following the first job they did for me I thought I found myself. But I'll never do business together again. They gave me a price which I found reasonable. So I went to meet them at the appointed moment. The person was that's forgivable, things occur. It turned out that there no union so except he did not have a cutter onto the truck, he'd have to reduce the pipe. He tried melting the solder to pull the fittings. Finally he was able to mangle the straps off and replace the valve. At this point the water heater is practical but some work will be needed. He says he will return to complete the job. At this point I was happy with them. I understand things can go wrong. They tell me there is going to a minimum cost of $75 for the 23, when I called to schedule the follow up. I thought there were was a misunderstanding and asked for a call back, never heard back from them. I ended the job myself.
