My tub overflowed but ATC did a fantastic job repairing it. A lady named Desiree phoned me to schedule an appointment early in the morning and I got my appointment! Tim is on time, fast and very professional. He got the job done in less than 15 mins. He is an exceptional plumber!

Tim fixed the issue and came out. The job was completed professionally was finished and at a reasonable price.

About The Clock is the sole plumbing company I use- and that my adventures with his staff and Tim, both in the office and plumbing techs are the reason why!
I've employed for over 15 years Around The Clock for the home and company plumbing needs. Tim Mateo and his staff are professional working people who take care of the issue now! I have always got a fair appraisal of the problem in terms of need and cost and am offered the best solution. Tim worked on my parent's home in Palo Alto and treated my elderly parents - . He has also worked within my home, installing other things and water heater . And he and his staff take care of my own HVAC system in the two companies I am a partner in, Rok Steakhouse and Rok Bistro.

Are they pricey? Yes but I experienced a major plumbing leak after calling another plumber on Yelp who did a occupation that was faulty so that it's well worth sticking.
Additionally, they left the toilet clean! The brand new bathroom had a part which gave up after two days but they came out to replace it bright and early the following day after they were informed by me.
A bathroom was replaced by ATC even though you will find issues with the flange and did a excellent job.

UGH awakened to water in the two showers and the toilets would not go down. Called these men from a referral and Vince came quickly. The issue was assessed by him, climbed on the roof and snaked it. He was comprehensive, friendly, fast, and clarified everything. I won't need them anytime soon, but if I do, I know I'll be well-taken care of.

Our 40 plus year old wall socket failed to light. And. This happened just 1 day in front of a guest from New York was scheduled to arrive for Thanksgiving and use that area! Dillan came out this AM and spent an hour if the problem would be solved by a part replacement but, seeing, no luck. The heater that was old was shot. Tim and dillan then substituted this with a version, cleaned up the mess all and did it all over about approximately 5 hours. I was delighted with their ability and and attention to detail.

EXCELLENT all the way round!!!! Tim is fast and can be a plumber that is exceptional. A person answers the phone with outstanding customer services. I was impressed!!!

That being said, I'm on a business trip in another time zone and had predicted other places where I'd lost the amount and tried to phone the back after Saturn assisted us at the last minute (they are amazing and honest!) . In the middle of a setup at work, a technician calls and I try to explain to them but they treated me as though I was some sort of villain when this is a few hours before the appointment and just hung up on me speaking in an incredibly rude tone. It was incredible. There wasn't any response like we're glad you have please in the future if you could give a note that is earlier or heat or we expect we have the chance to help you in anything or the long run. I was treated so badly that I won't give them a chance again after being hung up in the middle of the call while they scorned me on the end. Very unprofessional.
I wish I could give a review but the technician that called me was rude. I originally worked to setup an appointment and they were very friendly. I clarified the situation that we had no heat the last couple days and that since it was from the 30s in the hills, it was about 50 degrees from the house. They mentioned the soonest they could get was in a few days and I informed them I would try to get somebody if possible and they mentioned they asked to let me know when I got it fixed and knew.

Wonderful service, even on the Labor Day Weekend! Perry came within one hour of our telephone to our home at Sunnyvale 9-6-2015. The old, leaking water heater drained on our grass then removed it. Last, he also installed a American Standard water heater that he brought with him. Fantastic service, excellent attitude and from what we saw if we contrast shopped, a deal.

Everytime this company has delivered us Plumbers they have been quick, friendly and very pleasant. Is their honesty, multiple times the plumbers have gone out of the way. I have always believed that they treated us with respect and attention, I'd recommend them.

Hired them to fix my hot water heater. Instead of doing that they attempted to sell me a brand new one.

We have utilized ATC times through the years and have always had outstanding support. Highly recommended.

It took time for me to figure out Tim responded and called them back and what components and eventually got it arranged and consented to come in today to complete the job. He said that the temp man should not have told me to order components myself since that's their job to perform (I agree) and he had been very nice on the phone. The work hasn't been finished by him but that I have every confidence that he can do the work right and is going to be a nice experience. More to come with follow up.
This is a company owned by a friend of mine. The first call was somewhat unsatisfying because it was that the temp man who did the task. I needed mended, he was able to perform one and explained that I needed to order parts for the other tasks. The first faucet was replaced and he did the work right. He recommended me to keep some of the old components because it's of a better quality which I appreciated his honesty.

I've had my heating and air conditining replased by ATC. This is actually the first year. ( the unit was just filthy ) They always arrive when they say they will. They explain every detail. They have staff. I'll always call Round The Clock for heating and my own air. I really like this business!

Finest company for your heating pipes and ac requirements. When out of town we had an unexpected escape. We called ATC from Hawaii and Tim agreed to visit our home instantly. He stopped the leak, diagnosed the problem, helped the water cleans up and then came back the next morning to fix the problem. It was comforting to know that there is a company out there who knew our concerns since both parents and homeowners. Tim talked multiple times to guarantee us that everything was okay. I would recommend Tim to anyone because of his responsive, his understanding, along with his honest pricing.

The second time I tried using them was to set up bathrooms employing the rebate program I was told by them around. I was given a 2 hr window by them, but almost did not make it. I needed to phone the office to confirm that someone was coming, and that's if they sent three people to try and arrive within the last minutes of this window. Two of those three people arrived, and they found that I'd picked the wrong sized bathrooms. They charged me two half hours to the pipes to arrive and depart, although I was lucky they caught it until they started the job. They agreed to reschedule for the next week, and that's when I stopped hearing from them.
The quality of their work is ordinary while they're knowledgeable and their customer service is lousy. In case you choose to use them, expect to pay for the time that they supply; for confirming window occasions apppintments, and arrivals, and be ready to do the majority of the communicating yourself.
I have tried using ATC a few times. The first time was to try to discover the origin of a leak in my ceiling. They left a lien form, charged me for a whole hour and weren't able to get the leak. I ended up fixing itself and locating the leak.
Eventually on the rescheduled day, one plumber arrived. He arrived approximately on time, and finished the job in a little over one hour. He cleaned up, went out for over half an hour and then charged me.
After waiting I called them to confirm my rescheduled time. They were closed (so much for"Around The Clock Services") and requested me to phone the next day. So the next day, I called, and they said nobody had given me for when they would appear a window -- although yes it was in fact scheduled.

Fast, efficient, charged less than quoted (probable because it was easier than anticipated ). Showed up in 20 minutes on a Saturday.

They have been our go-to source for repairing leaks and a somewhat extensive backyard project involving natural gas extensions and permitted water. Consistently stood by their work, issues if any are solved. Worked very nicely with city inspectors. Perhaps not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive either. A happy client that is long-term.
