Awesome company, quick and friendly, locked my keys showed up within 15 mins and had me back in my house in less. Cost was on stage for the ceremony, for saving thank you again.

I'll give them 5 stars specially for being so quickly. My door lock broke and I called Tom and he said he'd be there in 15 minutes and he had been.
He set on a lock, had it working on my liking and that he was away. He understands his profession very nicely.

Look, if a person calls up tell them it's a $45 charge for one to determine whether or not you have us perform the job. This is standard for several onsite service businesses. I wouldn't have turned you off. In our case, we predicted to unlock a bedroom door. In accordance with my wife, the tech said this is the call. Then you may have readily quoted $125 on the telephone that the price would go up if there is anything out of the standard, if that is accurate. It only needed to be as straightforward as that.
UPDATE: The business owner contacted my spouse to see about making things right. I can appreciate that. I'm not trying to hurt the business, but will need to be clear about our experience. I bumped my rating they did exactly what they're supposed to, were not jerks about it, because, and tried to make it right, but I'm not removing this review. I don't require something or a refund, but to the business owner: you need to be up front about your prices as far as possible and clear. CORRECTION TO PRICE: He stated the service call charge is $45 and corrected me and the job was $125.
I don't generally write reviews, but I believe somewhat robbed. My 3 year old locked us out of our bedroom and stupidly we don't possess a secret (that is changing clearly ). I was at my wife called 24/7 Locksmith because they were the first result in Yelp and so are fairly near us. On the phone he said he could not estimate her till he checked that the situation (the situation is that the bedroom door is secured. There's nothing special about it.) He comes and states $125. My wife insists. What seems like 30 seconds later he's the door unlocked. Comes back and says it's likely to be 170. $125 to unlock for $45 and the service call. First off, don't tell $125 to her to get her to consent to it then hit . That is deceiving. You let's know if it was more complicated that it could be more expensive, if you have there and could have readily quoted on the telephone to get this. Third, it's a free market and you can charge whatever you need to get a service call, but really...$125 service telephone plus additional price for a 30 second occupation is highway robbery, I'm sorry. People. . .read other reviews and you'll see situations with what we were billed, including service telephone fees which don't align. Seems like it's made up as they proceed. I won't give a 1 star because they did exactly what they were supposed to perform, but can not possibly give more than 2 stars for deceiving my spouse.

Well we returned home with meals. We drove the car of my wife and had locked the bottom lock on the garage entrance door. Guess what my house keys were in my auto key ring at my spouse and the bedroom forgot hers thinking I'd mine. The jamb was too tight although I attempted to use a slide tool and checked the door. I called 24/7 locksmith plus they reponded in about 30 minutes and went right to work. We were in in under 15 minutes and the cost was very reasonable at $54 including the service telephone and labor. The tech was very professional and considerate as he said they roll 24/7, and that I will save their amount for emergencies. A lesson learned and we are back into his. Thanks 24/7 locksmith a class act with a considerate and professional strategy!

Only had a technician show up to my workplace to unlock my boss's office after she arrived back from vacation (we believe the cleaning service accidentally closed and locked it).
He fixed the lock immediately and showed up immediately, he was here 30 minutes in that case.

I was in a pinch and in need of a replacement automobile key statthank the LAWD for Tom and his locksmith services. I phoned him at 9pm Sunday and he let me know he would be at the speech. I was somewhat irked he wouldn't quote me but he'd allow me haggle with him a bit and honored my budget.
Tom is pretty much a magician. I did not factor in the 80 it would cost to open my car, but his suggestion to get in astounded me. With my automobile registration he went to his van. Not 20 minutes later, I was in the possession of a new (albeit EXPENSIVE) key. It wasn't identical to my Sentra key that is older, however enough in shape . In the end, Tom worked diligently and very fast and I'd recommend his services for anybody in an emergency!

I talked to the proprietor who had been good enough to call after my negative review. I'd call this business again and again give them a second chance and not up to my anticipation, although the support was expensive. It is good to see that a company cares about their reputation
I called to get a quote on with a cloned that was secret. I had been told that only one agent could do the service I was looking for and he would call me back within the hour. I received a quote that was than a quote and had been called I received from another locksmith at precisely the location. This service gets a pass in my book.

He also made me wait an hour to present me over. Before after I called him 3 times, he didn't even leave his house and I was kind enough to wait for him. By spraying my HOUSE he ruined my property. Does the area need to be repainted, the stucco also needs to be repaired. He won't make it right! I want my money back!

Had them alter all of the knobs and dead bolts on my 100 year old home in Floral Park. The price was fair and then he came out instantly. Nice guy and worked to get the locking gates working well. I'd use them again.
