5 star locksmith

I called this place to requested if they can program a FOB. The guy on the phone was in a hurry and rude. I asked him if they have the machine that was Tech2 because thats exactly what it takes to put my car into programming mode. He interupted me and just wanted to send out someone to my house. I told him not till I understand they could do exactly what I need. He said we could program any key.... I again told him I was not even programming a crucial... he interupted me and said I understand, it's a chip in the key... I said no, it's not, it's a..... And all I got out of my mouth before he again interupted me and said oh your correct mam, (knowing perfectly well I am a male) I'm just a locksmith so that means I understand nothing. I informed him just what it means since I was not discussing a key, and it had nothing to do with a key what. So if you are into getting treated like a peice of crap then call this location... if you want support, you can call another place really and get far better support than this location gives... I wouldn't call this place if I had been locked out of my house in a blizzard!!!!
