Super professional and friendly. I phoned Car Key Destination to get my Mercedes key reprogrammed. Extremely happy with their job! I would strongly recommend them. 5 star occupation!
That would be more accurate if I could give zero stars. Called this rip-off place since mine has been busted, to receive a vital fob. All is good until 5 weeks after, how convenient the 90 day warranty is up too, and the fob no more works. Set up for the man to come look and never shows up. Cowards!! Spent $300 to go back to square 1 now. Worst place. Dont waste your money ! They dont care about you, only your money! Along with also the key fobs are a generic parts of crap! When you open the battery up to change, fall apart. SMH! Lesson learned!
I'd locked my keys before an important occasion in the car I was running late for! Thank god those guys are effective and fast. They reacted to my situation quickly and professionally! They will be used by 10/10 again!
Do Not use this organization. First off, it is not a real firm. I came across their number online. I had to get a key made and also have it programed. He came to my home, attempted programing a remote but couldn't get it to work. Then he offered me a key without a remote. I just needed a key, and so I agreed to have him app another none remote key. The programing is not working properly, although my car began. See if he can come back and attempt to reprogram the key and I called the tech back, to explain the situation. His answer was take it. So after paying $275 I'm left having a un programmed key, and a business that doesn't exist. Lesson learned, hopefully you guys wont get scammed.

My technician has been out here in under an hour programmed in another 30 minutes. They were dependable and good. No issues in any way!
