I get keys created all of the time. As a busy realtor I do not have enough time until the key copy functions were given by the customer, to go back to Lowe's or Home Depot for trips. 1 trip to see Joey and I know the keys are ideal

This is a lousy review is a result of the simple fact that a lot of my friends that are older has been taken advantage by the owner of this provider. She went into a shop to get three keys! He told her about how her and her home might be in danger to frighten her into an sale and a bunch of things about the crime rate. . She ended up purchasing new locks. Where the difficulty lies, this is not. $400 she had been advised for the installment, he came out to perform the installment was there for about two hours change seven locks did not reinforce the jams nor do some of those things that he had been saying just installed locks and then billed her for 13 hours of labor at $400 an hour! Ran her debt card for over $5,000!! Her family believed it was a mistake and went to the shop to get this. . He said there had not been a mistake which was his fees! Just how someone could do this to an older woman on a fixed income or anybody in general is a greedy that is dreadful individual! If you go to the shop you very well may be taken advantage of so take this as a warning

I have just come for key copies and I found the gentleman friendly and productive. I have never had a copy that was key not work. I began visiting them since I was tired of the terrible duplicates that Home Depot and Lowe's cut. Every backup here has match perfectly.

Here it is in summary, guy came out, did not present himself, which I thought was kinda of wierd. Twenty min. And left lock wasn't replaced and I felt like I had just been raped! These guys have. Stay away from these guys, all they need is your money. Do not feel like I got 201.76 bucks worth of merchandise or service. I can't believe these guys are in business treating people.

I've used this company on several occasions. I paid to update my locks. When I wanted them, they did not respond. After calling I discovered that Schlag cylinders are not put in by All City rather than primus cylinders that have to have been more installed. Shifting locks and locksmiths due to the fact I did not get what I anticipated and they don't return telephone calls timely.

Didn't think a business remain in operation and could have such bad service. Stay far clear as possible. Total jackass.

Please please please read other reviews on here until you move there. This owner insults me because I refuse to cover a key. You insult a client cuz you made a product which does not work, how professional is He wants me to cover the crucial cuz he has made it and to keep trying 4 from 5 times for it to work. How I wish I had read the reviews on here before heading there. The way he's 5 stars on here is he probably got family to do it. Do your research if you opt to move there.

Rude guy instead of trying to assist me ridiculed me the whole time that I spoke to him. I'm stuck at Smith's and he wasted 10 minutes of my entire life. Following is a one star for your tremendous effort. Fantastic customer service!

I introduced in my car key to get cut and reprogrammed (Mind you I'd purchased in my very own new uncut car key!) . The guy charged me $175 to program the key, $125 $65 to place a new casing for my key along with a metal component. $73 would have just charged to get $130 and a cut crucial to program. Roughly $150 over charged me compared to the dealer. One would think they would be more economical! Not worth it, visit the dealer.

All these people have. I think they're in business to market hardware. I introduced them a secret and they could do that. It was not even a transponder or whatever that they make it work and could replicate a secret. It seems when they don't have any clue what they're 21, like their MO is blaming you and your equipment. Smells like cigarettes this is incredibly impolite.

Lazy sales person inside the store with very bad English was rude and not helpful with my problem.He explained that he cannot help me with easy lock issue cause his son is at the gym. Seriously?

I guess I should have read a number of the reviews before going to this company. When we brought them in, whether they might re-key four locks, I called ahead to see. They stated a definite"yes" and there was a person there every day from 8 am to 5 pm. Nicely -----!!! that is wrong We had known that before we took the locks from the home and drove all the way there. Very rude and a wast of time.

Nothing I wrote in my inspection is a lie, it is the encounter I had at your business. All those other bad and terrible reviews by your past clients that have written reviews serve to confirm my own review and my expertise.

This is my second Yelp review. I felt that just not giving them my business would not be sufficient after my experience. I work at a large building. I had 10 duplicates of 3 distinct keys (totaling 30 keys) created for manager keysets. At first the old guy sitting at the back watching TV was friendly, but when he found out how many secrets I had that changed. I destroyed his day by giving business to him. He requested more than once"10 of every?" With a sigh, and continued to throw a fit over having to get the job done. After he finished maybe 10 keys another client came in and he immediately took that opportunity to inquire the amount of keys he had made (someplace in he ballpark of 12 keys) and then told me he would have to quit helping me and help him since I needed so many. At this point I was pleased to inform him rather than standing around while he threw a fit which makes my keys, I would grab lunch and return. He made, when I returned he showed me the way the keys were created correctly by integrating my key and removing it and performing the same with the key. I really don't know much about keys but guessed that only supposed it was OK, although the exact same width key. The 30 keys totaled around $150. A few days after obtaining the keys somebody finally made a decision to assemble the keysets and we learned that 1 of those 3 keys I had copies made from (10 keys total @ $6.50 per crucial ) were created the wrong length. They are close to 3/16ths shorter.
They will not get my business again needless to say. I had to paint the image of insanity that happened in their own hole although I realize I wrote a book. Wow
Fast forward. They got put on the backburner since they had been spare sets. I was finally in the region but I just had the 10 keys which didn't work, in the moment together with me. The key I had copies of this functions was back in the office. I thought prior to coming back together with the key I had 25, blank keys would stop in and also make sure they had the correct size. Guy in the exact same spot greeted me. I explained how I was in about a month ago and showed him the keys and stated they didn't work. Since it was some time I was willing to pay for keys to be made, I only wanted to make sure they had them before coming back in. OK, this is where he lost it. He instantly got visibly angry and said loudly how he is ALWAYS very cautious when making secrets, and he DOES NOT mess up on keys. If it was him who made the 11, He then asks. I began to explain when I had been in had 30 keys thinking this could spark him and told him yes memory , but was cut off yelling how he did not create these keys. Then, the way I did not bring a key when and in he made them I brought him a key that was bigger and that they had been created correctly. I told him that my building has the exact same size key. I informed him I needed the keys created, I am more than pleased to buy them again, and I only made sure they had them. This is when he yells"I am not stupid sir! I know how to make secrets. I did not make you the wrong size keys!" . I needed to look at my coworker standing near me in disbelief and laugh. What's occurring here. The"gentleman" turns around and catches a blank of those keys I need cut and shows me he's more ones and he would have used them when I'd brought him a more key. At this time he's out of control and finally screams"where is the key sir? Where's the key?!" . I inform him I had to go get it and that I told him it is in my organization and I only made sure they had the correct size. Laugh in my coworker and I turn and inform him I request my own 10 miss cut keys back and would return with it. I wind up having to really snatch them from his hands while he's still telling me he wants to see my key and leave.

A large Vinotemp refrigerator was obtained by us . It had no key to lock it and is used for public display functions. We called All City and they came punctually and promptly. They could create a set of keys without having a lock that is new. We saved quite a little money and were delighted.

If yelp needed a zero star option, this place would make it. They've business hours posted in the door. Allegedly they are open until 1:00pm on Saturday. I got there at 12:30, which is by a long time. Place was locked up tighter than a virgin's dignity. So I call the number. The bozo that replied was in a bar! So, if you require essential and lock work done this is your place!

I am very unhappy with my expertise. Unethical, quoted a 1 cost and charged 3 times longer. I wouldn't work with them .

Really nice store owner! Finest customer service. We fined this location and look all over to replicate a car key to get a classic automobile. I'm so glad that I fined them and they charge me only $5 to make the key!! Thank you guys and keep the good job
