JB Lock

I had a couple locks re-keyed. My brother in law referred me to Jayson who came same day out. Quick job. Reasonable pricing. When he said he would, arrived. Excellent to use.

Once our tenant was evicted by us, this company came to alter the lock. So anyone could push their way in, he put in a lock did not install the plate in the door frame. He rekeyed the garage lock and there were to tighten and then he couldn't even screw them properly, the meeting was so loose, after he left, I had to twist myself. And he isn't cheap, $167 lock and to put a door knob that is cheap. He agreed to return and put in the plate (that we needed to buy ourselves because he said it was there but it really wasn't - and if it was there, why did not he put it in? Didn't he bill enough?) And he set it in jagged! No pride in his work. I had no option, he was the court-appointed locksmith, utilize someone else if you can.
