Needed to use a street side and they were great about attempting to not over charge me.
I called AAA's phone number and was asked if I could waitsince there was one call ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes online, then I was hung up on by them. Unprofessional.

My wife lost her car key fob and house keys. We believed they had been stolen. She called secret and Advance Lock of Boise. For the fob alone they wanted $460.00 and gave her some song and dance about having to do two so as to program them otherwise it could not be done. She gave their quotation to me and that I called AAA-1 Lock & Key. I was informed that it wasn't crucial to program 2 fobs. We found the keys but to believe that Advance Lock & Key wanted more than double and basically lied about having to create two fob's is disturbing. I may not have needed the service today of AAA-1 after all but I know where I'll go for all my lock and services.
I called to get a essential car. Spoke with a man named Joe who had been quite rude in telling me how difficult this would be. I suggested that it would be better if I called someone else after becoming frustrated with his tone of voice. At this point, he hung me up. I would advise contacting one of the a number of locksmiths if that is any manifestation of the kind of customer service.
It was 9:00 pm and that I was on my way home when I realized that I'd locked my keys in my vehicle. I went online and also telephoned them and they came immediately to my place within 15 minutes had my car unlocked and keys out over less than 60 minutes. To make matters even better they charged my insurance for me personally. Will always rely on them in the future. They were a life saver!!!
The woman manage is rude, she makes it sound like it's MY fault for not knowing things about programming and keys. Umm this is my first time owning a automobile that is brand new. How do I understand this substance!?? Other then her mindset the other employees are fast and professional, although I have had to come in 2 extra times to have the keys that I bought reprogrammed 2 more times (technology sometimes failes, I get that). I was able to get in within days to receive that programming. Last time I needed the reprogram the 3rd key I tried to use it once I lost it (during a move) and that I emphasized the urgency of the programming due to moving out of state and I was able to be helped with in a few hours. In the long run everything works with the multiple visits and the mindset of the workplace the keys for my automobile were cheaper then other stores.

Great service and quick response!! I was locked out of my vehicle with the engine running, it was 15 degrees outside and I called to see if they might help open the door to my pickup truck any sooner than the estimated arrival (85 minutes!) My insurance utilizes, and they dispatched a technician who was on site in 5 minutes! Cool thing was that the man who helped me get in my truck also gave me a spare area to replace the broken (plastic clip which combines the door handle linkage collectively ) that had prevented me from getting back in my vehicle in the first place - without extra charge! I was given by him After I got home I managed to fix the lock with the component. I am very happy with kindness and the support I've received.
