ABC Lock & Key

Are using ABC for years company, helped me get a code I have used them for keys and locks around the house and company, and lost for a secure. Thanks to the team and John for the good servicing.

Great locksmith! Highly recommend using this company. They change your locks and will visit your home and replicate keys. Friendly and courteous staff. They are not open Monday or Sunday and do accept credit cards.

I had. After finding out that Raindew did not have the sterile for my key that I found this institution and did some digging. They were extremely nice and professional and most important, they had the sterile and my functions that are copied flawlessly. This will be my go to place for my locksmith needs.

I should've listened but I did anyhow. I found an alert installer in New Hyde Park who fixed what was wrong with the installment of ABC.
Had a alarm system set in my car which took to them to do. I really don't know what they did, but my car does not start properly now since I got it back. The job was and not completed professionally. Wires and pieces of tape have been left in my vehicle floor.
That is about it although they are good for duplicating keys.

My mom came in today to receive a copy of a key and was not treated. The young guy who was working the counter was rude from start to finish. He almost yelled and then he slammed it on the desk in front of her face as though she were a dog when he made the key. I'm not sure who educated him about ways but we will never return to your place of business for letting anyone who works for the company.

I purchased a lock here awhile ago because my contractor tells me they are knowledgable and friendly. And so I moved. My experience. They had been anything BUT friendly. I have never experienced such a form of racism. The two Caucasian workers didn't look my way after helping one Caucasian customer that was there before me. As I observed the employees bent over backward for this customer. When they were finished rolling out the red carpet for this 1 customer. None of the 2 workers wanted help me. I stood there for 30 mins. afterwards. During which, No one else was in the shop. I stood there and held when the younger employee came over reluctantly to assist me and my ground. I revealed the lock I had and that he tried to find another one like it. However, to no avail. But he needed to make a comment saying the lock was created by a cheap maker with an disgusted attitude. I purchased the lock although I thought. Allowed it was no title brand lock. He did not have to throw in some comment about it being Chinese using this disgust encounter while was said by him. I would not suggest this place to anybody.

Good folks, good support!!!! Justin is who helped me with both my car key door key. He is wonderful! Yet I had to go at the shop had an opportunity to meet the operator, John & daily. This location is a local place I try and encourage local business! I got them to change my locks in my new location . They delivered a tech he did everything within two hours. They came and yesterday my key broke n my lock and removed it with no issue. The man they sent was great to! He even made me two extra keys and the cost is fair! I suggest this place to any local individual searching for a locksmith who's prices are come in 1 day notice for something that isn't an 911 and fair.

Friendly staff with a excellent knowledge of solutions and products. A locksmith that is true even can replicate skeleton keys to the classic doors in my house.

I strongly recommend this establishment. I do not understand how I've never patronized this shop and have lived in Flushing for 35 years. Professional, competitive pricing, very simple and honest, seamless key copying, no problems at all. Cannot recommend this place.

Instead head directly to ABC! I've done many keys here and never had a problem.
Been to another community places that do such and copies but aren't locksmiths. It's not worth wasting your time..The keys not work.

ABC took my credit card and billed the repairs that I had been fine. They thankfully to accept. This was on a Wednesday and they said they'd do the repairs on Friday. I phoned on Friday but they said they did not receive the engine for the window. ABC asked me to call them on Saturday as the part wasn't delivered. ABC would call me back and said they'd call to determine when the part is going to be sent. They never return the call. ABC is closed on Sunday and Monday. I called on Tuesday and ABC told me they had only obtained the part. I said I will drop off the vehicle at two that did so they can do the repairs. If they finished the repairs that they said they 18, ABC did the repairs but never called me. They told me it was ready to pick up, when I phoned them after 4 o'clock. Obviously they disappointed me with there response. ABC did not do it and explained one thing.

These men have been around for a long time. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Went here in order to find a copy of also a specialization key and my car key. Prices are very reasonable also.

These people are complete morons. They fed me a line about it being state law which they can not unlock an apartment without landlord consent, with my realtor girlfriend position next to me personally.
If they're so full of shit that they lie about something like that, how can you really expect good support to be rendered by them?
