Because they seemed to do their job exceptionally well things happen for a reason. They were professional and accommodating throughout the procedure.
Called at 6:15. Dispatcher said 30-45 min. I am called by locksmith also states he is going to take another 25 min. Locksmith arrives at to tell me he can't pick the lockbut must drill the lock through essentially breaking it and it would take him. So I refuse service. They tried to charge me $30 for him late and not being able to select the lock without breaking it. Had I known he would be and late to take another hour. I would have just gotten back to find the keys.
