I had an U lock cut because it was old and wouldn't open anymore with all the key. My ladder was attached to a pole using the lock until I got off the lock and that I couldn't use the ladder. I called them and they came over within a half hour. Got the job done in two minutes. It was less than a competitor, Even though the cost seemed rather high for the job they did. I was very happy for the fast service and the"comparatively" low cost.
