I drove to their own shop (that's a rarity with locksmiths) and that I met Don. Don was friendly and then later on the proprietor Patrick introduced himself.
Allow Me to just say a few things about this locksmith:
1) They're incredibly honest. They care. How hard is this to find in a locksmith?
2) They under-promise and over- deliver.
Needed an after-market Toyota Prius distant key programmed & cut. After I found them on 14, they offered me a cost via phone.

My review of this company is very long overdue. I have been a customer for near 20 years. Patrick and his team have done an amazing job - whether it be at my place of business or residence. In a nutshell, Advanced Lock has integrity, they are always on time and offer excellent value. I will never use any locksmith. Thank you.

My daughter could not get her car straight from the ignition. She recently purchase this vehicle and the secret was giving her an issue. Nikolas out of Advanced Lock Service came to the rescue. He was prompt, professional, type a and incredibly beneficial. He was able to get her secret out and create a brand new one that works. And the charge was reasonable.

I chose your company because you had been instantaneous priced and I had worked hundreds of times. I was anticipating the professional and prompt support.

I got the end-around. You visit Patrick, the scenario you created on your head was totally incorrect. I was not locking anyone out! You created judgment calls and fabricated your information. Your emotional tirade upholds my assessment that you can not remain professional. Do the work. Period!
The owner alerted my soon to become ex-husband that I changed the guards in my home. When I confronted him over the phone, the owner denied it, though the ex confirmed and showed me that the texts.
Changing the locks has been performed on the dates, each day the court orders and entirely legal. It's MY house. It should have been no surprise for either party.
Update: Owner did send a check to refund my entire cost of this re-keying of my home. I filed a copy of my own cc payment and also check was mailed within a week. Patrick - Thank you and honoring your offer of a refund.

When you hunt locksmith the total cost of the top two ranked businesses. Very speedy response. Really professional. This locksmith has a real location and isn't a part of this"we must drill" scam which plagues locksmiths. Pleased to know about them.

Very nice company had all kinds of keys and as soon as I walked in they must do the job. I would advise this locksmith!

I've been here several times, and am impressed with the rapid, courteous, and support that is knowledgable. They could make duplicates of several RV keys which ACE Hardware, Lowe's, and Home Depot were not able to replicate.

We utilized Advanced Lock Service when my key broke in the ignition of my car. I have AAA and they're who advocated the business so I went with the stream and was glad I did! The techs who came outside to take out the key worked, and were on time, kind. Our AAA covered the replacement of this key (they cost a different amount but we got lucky!) . It was easy to pop in with our second key and receive the replacement. Overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely call them .

Called to have a door has been offered same-day service and re-keyed. I waited no one and the two-hour window showed. I called at the two-hour mark and was advised that someone would be. A hour later a no-show. Next ...

It turned out to be a key that many locksmiths didn't appear to be able to create, and these knocked it right out, although I just needed a key made. The rep that answered the door didn't think that it could be done however the experienced guy walked right in, took over and I was out the door in under 5 minutes.
They took care of me on a Sunday, were super nice and are really a real brick and mortar locksmith and not a show.
I recommend them.

I needed some keys designed for work and later attempting Ace, Home Depot and another locksmith free of chance I happened to come across Advanced on my way home on a Friday afternoon. I had my keys made swiftly and the staff has been helpful and friendly. I left believing all was good. 1 set of keys did not work and I had to return. The awesome woman on a Saturday opened and I called and had one of her men come in to make a second crucial despite the fact that they are closed on Saturday. Again, this hard to make funny, little key did not work. It had been suggested that I wait for Don. So I waited and Don got my situation straightened out no difficulty. Thank you Don. Check them out for all lock keys, types and supplies. Go to them or they'll come to you.

These men know their keys! I have brought in at least two complex! These men helped me each time. Highly recommend. Very affordable prices, in my opinion.
