Leo responded quickly after I reached out to him. He gave me a quote which was fair in comparison to the others and added an additional 10% discount on top without me asking for one. He was punctual and went to work. 2 rim cyclinders were replaced by leo and tested each one throughly. He watched me test them out to be sure nothing went wrong but when it did, he advised me to call him.

I called to get a quote to re-key 1 door lock to coincide with another door in my apartment's lock. The quote was 85. He phoned me and asked what kind of lock I'd, not understanding about locks that he called back saying he could re-key it I texted him a photo of the lock. Locksmith 2 arrives, pulls out the canister and tells me he cannot re-key it since it has a lot of pins but he will replace the two locks' cylinders so they'll use the same key. Great, ok. That's the problem I wanted 1 key 2 doorways, solved. Locksmith 2 changes the cylinders and informs me that the price is $170. I told him Locksmith 1 lent Locksmith 2 and me $85 stated it is $85 for 1 lock. We went back and forth with me explaining that was the quote so it is not my fault that he did not know he couldn't re-key it Locksmith 2 punting to Locksmith 1 I've purchased and I sent a picture of this lock. I don't understand anything but it feels much like a scam. 1/5 would not recommend. The new cylinders don't even match gold rather than silver, the door hardware.
I had been scammed.

Prospect 10 Locksmiths - being inconsiderate that I work during the day or all either highballing me. And when I told them that they were not being serious with me, they explained that the'other guy' was out to scam me because that could not fathom a rival providing client service.

Wonderful service that is inexpensive and quick! I locked myself out. It was one of those doors in which the trick would not work because the side wall popped out in front of the doorway. Gave them a call and Leo arrived in about half an hour. He then was in and out in under 5 minutes. Very professional and didn't leave a scratch. I ended up finding my keys but I feel a sense of relief knowing if I lost my keys 30, I could rely on Leo. (Although hopefully I will not be so careless next time)

I phoned Affordable locksmith and they had the ability to perform a same day service for me to install a high lock to my flat. Leo came punctual and managed to install a new lock finish with face plate in about half an hour. Leo gave a quote to me! Hihhly recommended!
