I had a couple of keys made, padlock keys that are simple that are routine. A bit from the lock hung , so that I took it back and asked for a replacement. The man there that day refused to think that the original was not, and that the secret hung up, and he refused to make a replacement key. I politely persisted, which left him angry, so after harrassing me about it, he made me a secret out of a sterile with notches -- any kind of refuse or instant and chucked it.
I had rental home for 20 decades, so I've had occasion to have tens of thousands and hundreds of keys. My experience is if I tell him it's hanging up and take a back that is key to a locksmith and request a replacement, a replacement is made by them, no questions asked. I have been in retail all my life, and I would never think of treating a client the way I was treated by him. The guy there that afternoon was condescending, rude, arrogant, and demeaning. I will not ever be patronizing this kind of company again. NOT recommended.

Just got off the phone with this company and he got frustrated when I asked for a cost, basically hung up on me. Customer support could use some tuning.
