Anthony is the best! He found a fix straight away and worked to create a house call, by making a notch at the lock a screwdriver could open and carefully disassembling the lock. He is clearly enthusiastic about what he has a true love for key sets and lock, which can be cool and can. I'd really like to have a skeleton key fabricated for the lock as well cause. Anthony is gonna return to me on that... but in the meantime, problem solved! Yay! Reasonably priced.
I have a lock for my bathroom in a 100 year old house- but no secret, so I am frightened of someone in there and my being unable to get in, locking themselves. This is critical because I am a mom, and after locking themselves , about things such as a 5 year old with a collapse, I tend to be concerned.

Anthony answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. I'd lost my home key, (and got screwed over by the first non-advert thing that came from Google). Anthony substituted equally lock cylinders at a reasonable price, and took a great deal of time explaining things. This aided my peace of mind after the previous guy sent out with a different outfit had screwed mepersonally, so I did not need a lock that he had installed in 1 door, and I'd lost my key, so I needed that lock changed also.
