ARCO Lock & Security

Very happy with the service provided by Josh at ARCO! He called in advance like we requested, was professional & courteous exceeding my expectations whatsoever. This company/appointment was coordinated through the home warranty co.. & the contractors they employ. Kudos the AHS & Josh at ARCO for a project well done!! I will certainly hang on to some information for future reference!!

The tech did a fantastic job and was knowledgeable. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and completed the work. He rekeyed my locks all and made me keys. He called to let us know he forthcoming which was really helpful. I would strongly suggest them.

ARCO did a fantastic job. I used my Home Warranty and ARCO was. ARCO was very accommodating and made certain to follow up times and after the technician had been done he called me and gave me an update. Would recommend!

My home warranty company sent ARCO to perform my re-key. I had a great experience. The technician was very professional and did a great job. He fixed a broken deadbolt while he had been rekeying. I would highly recommend using them.

We had Arco come out to rekey the locks at the home we moved into. The rep, Brent, did a great job. We asked him about updating the safety system. He explained the choices without wanting to"oversell" us on things we did not need or desire. We liked the system Arco signed up for the upgrade and provides. Brent did the upgrade, came back and taught us how to utilize the cool monitoring program on our mobile phone. We urge Brent and Arco and are extremely happy with our system.

Keys work. However, Friendly / support that is quick. I'll go back and see whether they can be remade by them.

Level 5 is the maximum score, but to a rating system they are good there needs for this particular company. Mike was outside technician he is always great to work with as it pertains to our company. He is always professional and accommodating. I recommend using ARCO Lock & Security for locksmith needs!

The company was very good at describing what they can perform and fees. Eric was on time and very favorable. He did a great job and re-keyed ten locks. The price was amazing. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was very happy with the re service. Communication, scheduling, work done and answering my queries had been done to my satisfaction. I could not have improved anything about the ceremony.

We had Arco out to possess our locks after moving into our house. Eric, the tech was really helpful and went the excess mile. Before he arrived, one of the guards was a bit loose, but everything tightened up. 1 lock didn't work with the key that is supplied after he left. But he came back and remeditated the matter. I'll use ARCO again for this service.

We'd Arco come change locks for us. The tech had a real attitude from the minute he walked into the home. After he changed the locks and handed us the keys, he wouldn't even permit the keys to try and insisted that we pay him. He was rather rude, rushed and unprofessional.

This isn't the first time that I have used ARCO and will be the last for reasons of skill and need. They pulled me out of a jam by building a key to the 97' Ford pickup which the dealership would not do or could not. They've a staff that is that consummate kind of gloomy with this particular edge professional that is there to get the job done sidled with this particular air of mystery. Great job men top on your match!

Overall they allow me to know my price options and they took care of my own needs.
I had to go back a week later since the battery died on my remote. Since we weren't certain if the battery was faulty or my remote was faulty, they exchanged the battery for no charge.
I received another key for my own Mazda here for $100 (it required a smart secret ) and replaced the battery in my remote for $8. They asked if I wanted a key that was dumb to unlock my car if I had been locked out for $3, but since I wanted a excess key that would start the engine.

Our experience together with ARCO Lock & Security has been superb! Within our house warrantee for buying our new house, it arrived with a re-key provider, which we asked. That day the people from ARCO called and set up an appointment for the next day (which will be a breath of fresh air with companies) and gave us a time window. The tech called when he was about 15-20 minutes and came promptly. Very kind and professional, he worked quickly and very well. Would use again.

Erik came out on time and did exactly what I asked him to perform. He had 6 keys and the lock that I had asked for. It was installed by him quickly and rekeyed the deadbolt to match. Super nice! I will definitely call Arco again!

Mike at ARCO is our go-to guy for all locksmith work at our buildings. He's professional, considerate and gets the work done. We call Mike first for almost any lock work at any of our 26 properties.

Had my newly purchased home rekeyed. Contact and my technician has been Eric. He was reassuring and easy to deal with that they could take great care of us. He arrived and did what he came to do economically and fast. I was happy. When their support was wanted by me I would call them.

I live out of state and these men were able to assist me having a lock at a unit of mine. Very professional and easy to utilize

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment in 10 known to determine he says hello I got busy I am leaving in a moment and where they were. No telephone call. When I remind him that this is a rental and I defensive don't have enough time to sit around for 45 minutes. Has there, abrupt and no apologies and rude. Don't use them again.
