Flim Flam Men! I needed to substitute a mailbox lock and have an apartment building a few blocks from Armor Security. I removed the lock and introduced it. They went into the room and many moments later came back with a lock that they said should work. I attempted to put in it and took the lock back to my own building , it was the size and the key wouldn't come from the tumbler. I went back to Armor and told them I was given the lock by them, they stated it should work, I stated here examine the old lock and tell me your lock that is larger is going to fit in the gap. They said sorry we don't have the lock for you. I stood there for another and the guy looked at me. I asked for a refund. They billed me a restocking charge. I asked them are you for real, you give me a lock that does not fit, I brought the old lock so you would provide me the perfect one, which you did not, and you wish to charge me 25% restocking charge? If you don't want to keep the lock the response was yes. I told them that I had sent them business and I've been coming for many years, I was in a referral center with one of the sales reps for the past 25 years. He just said sorry so am I. From now on I am going everywhere, and I suggest you do also!
