From that first meeting until the job was complete, this business was great to work with. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing high-security strike plates and new locks. When the installer realized that someone had made an error and delivered two double-cylinder locks and one single-cylinder instead of the reverse that I had asked for, he didn't say he would be back in a few days, as I sort of anticipated - that he moved into a nearby distributor and picked up the correct lock, and finished the installation exactly the same moment.

Opening the secure finished up being more difficult than Baker's had expected as the secure was of an unknown manufacturer (after market) and different layout of locking internals and thus it required nearly two hours for the tech, Asa, to open. Asa came on time, was considerate, and he tried all means without damaging it though at the end he was made to drill it open to open my safe. What impressed me the most is that in spite of the problems encountered and the extra time required to open the secure, Baker charged me the exact same amount I had been quoted by them based on the anticipation of a job that was standard.
