I would recommend this organization. The were very friendly and they got to me quick, it took them about 30 to reach my place. They had my Charger open in under 10 minutes As soon as they got here. & the cost is fair, called companies and they all wanted to charge me $75-$85 to come and open my vehicle however A&M Mobile Locksmith charged waaaaaay less than that. Thank you A&M locksmith !

The first thing is first, a week or so ago the guy got the job done and did come outside to help with our car. Yes, they get that part .
Payment: here is a problem. I'm making up this figure knowing costs change. Let's pretend it was only $10. The guy told us it was 10 just if we pay cash, if we used our credit card taxes would charge. This lets you understand the business' shady practices, they aren't reporting their income.
I called and a girl answered. Their customer support is no A. She asked what I wanted, where I said somebody would call me and was at. I asked for ETA and cost, and she gave that info. Did they ask my name. An hour ETA. With babies with us, that was fine.
Absence thereof, or customer assistance, and lack of professionalism together with shady practices, lost me 4 or 5 starts.
Overallthey got the job done. 3 stars.
I've read through reviews on google and Yelp, and was reluctant to select this company. Yet, I did because of the location.
The gentleman, whose name I didn't get, called me about 5-10 mins asked the issue and told me. 45 mins came and went, and he then arrived. He repeated the cost, also looked at the car door. Got the job done.
The google reviews possess the owner posting messages. If anyone encounters which, please consider filing the BBB, or at notifying a harassment suit. As a customer, you have your right to give a review. Businesses respond defensively explaining, not degrading and requesting a face to face confrontation. You should not feel threatened for providing your own opinion. Filing a complaint could cause an identification and, based on their practices, they cannot manage that.
Note to this company: remember customers by helping them when they lock keys in their cars while you're doing customers a favor don't have to select you.

Needed a spare key fob. Called A&M and set an appointment up. Mike was super professional, super smart and amazing. He engineered and made a working infrared key at a price over the dealer. Excellent customer support - can use them.

Ricky was very considerate and patient. He explained the issues and was able to reprogram my vehicle essential.

Amazing support that is speedy! I looked at 3 days to find a key from dealership and Milton came out and assisted me! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend dropped his keys on Thursday morning, following a weekend of unsuccessful attempts and unreliable/rude locksmith"professionals" to a whim we decided to call this place Tuesday afternoon as we drove with their own storefront building. Carlos came out into the property inside an hour, completed his work professionally, promptly, & efficiently but what really stunned me (as somebody who'd worked in the locksmith industry) were the PRICES. They were the cheapest in Houston (hope me-others will quote lower and up the cost on site), & the shipment communicated effectively so we weren't waiting around wondering where the technician was. I am so thankful to find a company that offers a service for their customers together with the customer in mind. All locksmith and insurance needs will go this location! Thank you again!!!!!

I really do NOT like the mindset A&M's boss. Whenever I make a mistake my parents taught me. I should apologize and move on. Poor manner.
The locksmith came at. He came with apology. I'm sorry for the poor locksmith. I didn't blame the mistakes that his boss left on him.
I predicted the proprietor of the A&M . The owner agreed to meet with me on the next day in the home at. I even texted the proprietor for the home's address. The proprietor gave a text verification that someone would meet with me at 9:50am on the next day.
I called M & A to chose and changed the locks for my rental home.
I arrived in the home on time at 9:45am. Due to my renter was months behind lease and I obtained the writ of possession order to open the doorway. The deputy was waiting to show out. We were waiting outside the home. The locksmith nevertheless didn't show up. I called A & M and the proprietor said the locksmith was on his way into my home. He's only minutes away. I waited for another 10 minutes. I predicted A&M again. I was assured by the owner the locksmith is few minutes away. At 10:25am, the locksmith called me personally, the poor guy did not have a clue about coming to change all locks into my home until 10:22am. He must drive all of the way from Baytown. The trip would take him more than 45 minutes! I faced him about he forgot to tell the locksmith that was sub-contractor concerning the appointment at and called the operator. He insisted the locksmith could arrive in minutes although the proprietor did not apologize for the mistake.

Prior to contacting this company, I should have done better search. If I'd have observed their online answers (e.g. Google testimonials ) and how they respond to dissatisfied clients, that could have done it for me. Their rude and obnoxious responses demonstrate that they, on no account, are thinking about getting to the bottom of the customer's issues (and enhancing their own business) but might preferably be insult the dissatisfied client (s).
I had a fob programmed. When I called, I got instead of picking up the telephone I had with this company. We had exchanges on the prices for this rather than at any point was that the fee in case a PIN was needed for its programming mentioned. They could have mentioned this once I gave the vehicle info or even as a contingent to them, but did not. They'd have been conscious if they were knowledgeable about the programming from the make and model. This did not come up before the technician showed up to the appointment. I asked that the PIN fee is at least reduced by them although it did not appear at any point before, but had been refused. I learned from my owners guide this was. They could have also mentioned that, but again went the"shakedown" route instead trying to get more income. I don't recommend this company.

I needed a office key, so that I stopped by the store enroute. I was greeted immediately and it severely just took 10 seconds for the key to be trimmed. Paid my $2.50 and was in my way....Of course that 10 second crucial is no good. It wouldn't turn both of the two door locks. Matching the duplicate the cut is not sharp. I needed to fulfill with my officemate to open the door for her, then go to Lowe's and buy a key that is cheaper, but functional. I obtained the correct key, so there's no need to return.

Milton helped our Lexus opens and came out. When we couldn't find the keys we known as Lexus and they wanted to charge us $700.00. A&M Locksmith did the reprogramming and got us a fresh key for $250.00. Milton was professional, courteous, and also did an outstanding job! If I ever need another Locksmith A&M possess my company.

I had A&M mobile locksmith come to my home to program a brand new replacement crucial . After the technician FILLANY arrived at my home at 7:45 pm, he program his programming codes along with three different keys were not working. He then tried a secret and it finally worked. Well after just having my new crucial for 9 times (5/21/2016), I went to get a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE and when the oil change was finished my automobile would no longer respond to the key that this firm programmed. I contacted the"proprietor" on 5/23/2016 to describe my concern. And she says that she must charge me money to come and reprogram the secret. Why can I pay you to do what you're supposed to do properly the first time? Why can I pay for your error? She then goes to tell me that when I received my oil change that resulted in the secret to misprogram.... In what world woman? None of my keys have misprogrammed due to mechanical function, and all of my cars are push start especially NOT an oil change!! She cut me off and afterward speak to me while on what she's telling me I am simply attempting to catch some logic. I would NEVER recommend this place. A company that has such excellent reviews've never treated me that this. Why I chose this company!! the Google reviews are They weren't the cheapest by much but the reviews were loved by me. I feel as if they wrote their on reviews can be complete BOGUS!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
