Excellent and speedy support! I scheduled an appointment and the technician was prompt and professional.

Great customer service! They predicted before arriving and could get our job. We needed to receive 11 locks rekeyed in our home and they were able to emerge and get the task done! Could definitely use them again!

Additionally, the former incident was just way too bizarre to understand... the tech LOCKED ME OUT of my rental home and then denied it; because of the circumstance, there is not way that this was unintentional. Again, no resolution with Mr. Rekey, only jealousy. You have lost my company Mr. Rekey, although it was sweet understanding you! I've called you. Beware!
It is just once things do not perfectly that the defects in a company come out. I used Mr. Rekey to perform work in my rental properties.... In the past year, 9 properties at roughly $300.00+/property to get rekeys, new locks, smoke detectors and peep holes. All was fine until our very last job and there were two major issues... I'll concentrate on the last one... I called Mr. Rekey due to a beeping smoke detector that had just been installed. When in the home, the tech found since our renter was going to maneuver in that my husband had already replaced the battery in the smoke detector. The tech then suggested that I give him work to do replacing a peep hole, because they were planning to charge me 59.00 to get a service call. What happened to the"guarantee call"? This was no crash! At a follow up telephone call, I was unable to resolve this issue even though the woman called the trip made as a"guarantee call"

TERRIBLE Customer Service He has been and had been friendly. So, yes, the guards were changed quickly, but Mr. Rekey wasted my entire morning (and then some). I can't understand what the delay got no adequate or apparent explanation was , obviously.
From 12:30p about the scheduled day of service, I HAD NOT RECEIVED AS MUCH AS A PHONE CALL, so I called Mr. Rekey myself. I expressed my frustration and she explained that the only possibilities, so much as rectifying the situation, were to allow me to reschedule or to wait until 2pm. Lena said nothing could be done to make it because"she could not go back in time" -- they could only move forward. Finally , it came out that Lena didn't oversee the area but really"Val". Obviously, subsequently Val gets onto the telephone (~1:10pm) and says he will call the tech and can get him to leave his other occupation and also be at my place'in a few minutes.'
Made appointment to re-key multiple have a normal 8a-12p window for the next moment and locks. (They said I'd be the first job of the day but the exact time could depend on visitors .) Mr. Rekey also said I'd receive a courtesy call 30 minutes before the technician's arrival.
I really don't know if the amount -LRB-512-RRB- 999-7411 belongs to a Houston office or just a general shipment, but I do know that AARON, LENA, VAL, and KIMBERLY (mgr.) Dropped the ball. I am not going to do business with Mr. Rekey again and, if you don't have time to waste, urge you do not either.

There were two men who came out in a pleasant van. They were cut and not scary or threatening at all - that is important when they came to rekey my locks, because it was only myself and my baby at home, and a few places have. They were more than useful and considerate and extremely polite even! Pretty every dollar for their customer services. I cannot stress how considerate and considerate they were! Awesome customer service and recommend them or will consider them. I checked all keys on both sides of each deadbolt, and they all worked perfectly.

I appreciate the effort they put into providing quality service and have worked together with the Mr Rekey team. Russell and his team are amazing and always put their customers. Along they're among the few that encourage our landlord institutions with.

Great company to work with. Real Property Management Houston has very strict requirements of the vendors and Mr. Rekey exceeds our expectations. Peter and Russell are great to work with!!

Moved into a new home a few weeks back and had my own home rekeyed on Tuesday. They showed up on time, were quite polite (although I was being annoying because I kept remembering several requests I had during the procedure instead of telling him everything upfront), also did a fantastic job.

Service and fair cost!!! They had changed over about 30 minutes and were able to come out on precisely the day. Highly recommend!
